I agree, i watched the parents returning home and if my son was being hunted down, I'd be at that site, not going about their business to Orlando. I don't think he's there but i also have a feeling that her death isn't as clear cut as we think ,did she wander away and somethings happened? nobody knows but maybe him and maybe his parents but it's much more complex than we think imo x

Yep... they put something there to make them believe he went in the swamp... he was dropped off some where the weekend of the 10th.... before cops ever came to talk to him about gabby.... she was reported missing 11th... he was already gone... his parents took him on a 3 day trip on the weekend of the 10th..... he probably never came back with them.... that family has family and other properties.... could be many scenarios

Exactly. Why the police did not consider this option is beyond me. I would be grilling the wife day and night until she cracked. They will have come up with a way to safely communicate. I'm guessing on his way back to Florida he picked up a couple of burner phones to call home once he got money from his parents and bolted.. He will also probably wear a wig as disguise. But I'm sure the cops NEVER THOUGHT of that.

You cant arrest them because Brian was not a suspect. There was no arrest warrant. Legally, they cant force the parents to cooperate. There's no law requiring the parents regarding reporting anything. As Walt said, Florida doesnt allow for parents to be charged with helping their kid. The only thing that the parents can be charged is with lying to the Feds, but even that would be difficult. They would have to prove that the parents knew that they were lying. Thats only possible if they have video of the parents driving the mustang to the Reserve or Brian fleeing from the Camper.

OF COURSE THEY KNEW, THEY PROBABLY FILLED THE CAMPER WITH FOOD AND SUPPLIES FOR BRIAN TO LIVE OFF, AND POSSIBLY THE GUN FOR PROTECTION. HES WELL EQUIPPED. HES A PRETTY GOOD LIER AS WE COULD SEE ON THE POLICE STOP. WHAT I OBSERVED IN THE VIDEO HE EASILY FOR THE STORY LINE THE OFFICERS WERE FEEDED HIM, PAUSING BEFORE ANSWERING, AND ASKING FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS TO SEE IF THEY WERE BUYING IT. I THINK IN THAT PLACE WERE HE WAS DOING YOGA. LOTS OF ROCKS, WATER, AND STAYING THERE HE HAD A SENSE OF HOW TO SURVIVE THERE. PROBABLY SLEEPING IN HIS HAMIC.

Brian wasn't going to tell Gabby's family anything of value b/c they would pass that info to the police(and again they weren't speaking to police for this very reason) You act like Brian told his parents everything and confessed.... HE WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT. Of course his parents know he did something to Gabby(it's even possible he told them he hurt her or left or stranded... anything short of murder. That wouldn't work after her body was found but before that it's possible) and they weren't going to speak to Gabby's parents for the same reason Brian wasn't. Their lawyer told them the best way to protect Brian was to keep quiet and that's what they did. You act like his parents didn't want to talk with Gabby's family or got some sort of pleasure by ignoring them, I would guess it was one of the hardest things they've ever done in their life. They don't want protesters in their yard 24/7, they don't want millions calling them monsters, they don't want to see Gabby's mother on TV crying begging them to help find their daughter. They were thrust into this nightmare just like Gabby's family was, at this point all they care about is their son, of course they now know he killed Gabby and they are absolutely scared to death and are just in auto pilot mode just doing what they think will be the less harmful to their child at the moment. Would you be more loyal to your child or your child's girlfriends family... This is as bad as it gets, your child has murdered their fiance and they know it's just a matter of time til it's all over for him, they know that 99.9% it's over for him... they are desperately hanging onto that .1% I feel bad for his parents, NOT Brian, he's a POS who should be tortured day after day after day but not his parents, they are scared for their son, scared of losing their son... they are just plain scared. Of course they should help Gabby's family and do the right thing but I can understand why they aren't. That would be worse than just ignoring them, they don't want any damn sympathy from his parents, they want the information they are hiding. You can easily look at it thru her parents eyes, and rightfully so, what they have gone thru words can not explain and should never happen to any mother and father but look at it thru his parents eyes. BTW I'm speaking more about from when Brian arrived home to before he went missing, not the actions since he was reported missing.

he constantly talks over any and everyone he is working with. does not let them ever get in a full sentence and then proceededs to get frustrated when they try to push over him and speak. he needs to CHILL out and let other people talk. he rarely gives any useful information, anyways. most of what he says is him talking/bragging about himself.

Don't know if it's true, but I've heard that Brian's mother is a former DA. If it's true, heads need to roll.

The problem is that Gabby was only a missing person at the time. Police usually dont put people under surveillance for a missing person case. Second, there was the question of jurisdiction. Gabby and Brian were traveling all over the country, so the police did not know for sure if they had jurisdiction.

They were incompetent and lazy.

I don't think they can do that right now because he's only a person of interest in her murder, and has not been convicted of it. Now if he had had a trial, been convicted, and had escaped prison, then I think they could do that.
