Hi Brian, I’m a reclaimed metal sculptor in Nashville, TN. Like you I am a one man shop. I appreciate your honesty about the process. I’ve had many of my own moments where projects don’t go according to plan. I’ve had many of them. I applaud you for your tenacity and your discipline when you are working. I’m glad to know there’s another like me working it day in and day out. You’re an inspiration.
Hi Brian, I am also a one man show metal artist. I have never been able to relate to a video like I was able to do with this. When people ask me all the time how I was able to think or how to create something, I've always has a hard time explaining it. Listening to you talk about your process was like you were reading my mind. It was pretty cool to watch somebody that thinks and does things exactly like I do. Thanks for sharing.
I love your explanation and your work, I recognize my self in it. Metal art is 20% inspiration and 80% solving problems and hard work.... keep on doing it! greetings Bert
Brian, like you I work out of my garage. I think we metal artists work intuitively since there is no formula or recipe to follow. Your work is famous and inspiring. Keep up the great work! Mike
I find that if I take a pic on my phone and look at it on my down time. I see things to change. Or something I want to change. I see things I LIKE or not. This has helped me on larger peace's. Your stepping away from the shop with a clear mind. Try this and see if it helps.
