Okay so watching in 2020...He has landed a very small role in The Mandalorian pilot episode. He is now APART of the Star Wars universe. However...the sequel trilogy went from great...to instantly a total travesty and one of the most poorly written and strung together trilogies in the history of cinema!! I wonder where he stands currently?? Like he has to remain loyal now? There has got to be so much inner turmoil and conflict I’d imagine???

I wonder what he thought about "Rise of Skywalker"? So the book...expands...on what SHOULD'VE been in...the movie. And BTW, the blu ray has NO deleted scenes or commertary....you know why? Because they can't admit they didn't have a game plan and were making it up as they went along! ROS was good, but a lot of it felt like an apology.

Ive seen this guy on the Sarah Silverman show and Greg Giraldo roasted him once but I'm glad I came across this piece. I was typing in Brian Setzer but actually typed Briam so it auto corrected to this guys name and his last name sounded like an ex gf of mine (who died already's last name so I was curious and clicked, never knew his name was spelled this way considering its pronounced different from how its spelled but is closely spelled to hers, Poschin) Long story short glad I clicked on autocorrect. Funny guy, although I also hate the new star wars but I LOVE the originals and still like the prequels even if they had bad acting. Hate the force awakens and last jedi. I will watch rise of skywalker but I'll most likely be disappointed with it anyway.

i just don't understand why so many people love tfa so much.... i mean, yeah it was not complete shit but it certainly never went above utterly mediocre.. is that really enough for people nowadays?

This was basically my Star Wars experience. Loved the OT, didn't like the changes of the special editions, the prequels felt like a sick joke. Then Disney bought Star Was and I wasn't really sure what to think, but kind of not very positive at first. Then TFA came out. And it felt like so much less than the trailer promised. But I gave it a pass because I wanted to see where the story went and I thought it could be interesting even though TFA itself was kind of annoying (recycling the bigger badder Death Star thing, trying to mirror a New Hope but not really well, among other things), but it didn't feel complete, so I was like let's see where the next movie takes this. Except then TLJ came out and I initially enjoyed watching it in the theater, but there were cringe moments, but I initially overlooked them. Then the ending, oh boy, it was not good. And for all the little things I did like, there were some glaring issues, and the more I thought about it afterward the more I didn't like it, and the more even the good things were completely overshadowed by the problems with the movie. And then we all know where the third movie went. So the Sequels have been a bust too. The one bright spot in the Star Wars universe is The Mandalorian, which actually is the only thing that felt like Star Wars since the original movies. It's definitely been a roller coaster though, and I've been disappointed one too many times by Star Wars. The sequels killed my love affair with Star Wars, and while I kept hoping the next one would be better, it was just more disappointment, over and over again. The Mandalorian has rekindled a little something for me, but I'm being skeptical until Disney can show me they can just not screw up Star Wars for once and the first season wasn't just a fluke because Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni had complete creative freedom to make something that didn't suck balls.

I grew up in the 90s but I watched the original trilogy multiple times before the prequels came out. Maybe its because I was still young and willing to accept new stars wars, but I really like the prequels. Still to this day. To all the old heads who think they know George Lucas' vision better than him. Back off. The original cut off episode 4 was so clunky and filled with information. Lucas had the prequels in his head making that movie. And if you like the sequel trilogy but not the prequels, you really need to shut up. If you wanna watch the same story over and over, go watch the originals. I'm for star wars advancing. I'm excited with where its going now but that jj Abrams/ Rian Johnson trilogy really wasn't part of Lucas's vision. And typical Abrams did a good job developing the characters but fell short of expectations. An example being Finn holding a lightsaber in episode 7, which hints he's a jedi. But did nothing with it. Then episode 9 he tries to tell Rey he's force sensitive but never does. Episode 8 force ghost Yoda strikes a tree with lightning, hinting the jedi can come back as force projections to help fight. Then episode 9 siddius has an army of dead sith all rey gets is some voices. Come on. Ive hated jj way before this so I'm not blaming star wars. I'm just ignoring that trilogy and embracing whatever comes next.

Liked force awakens, hated 8 and 9. Saw the twist coming from the first movie. Also why have different directors who didnt bother talk to each other about story? Also, wtf, why show Finn with the lightsaber and not have him be a Force User?
