Brian Sewell had a multi-faceted career that includes the titles art historian, author, critic and TV presenter. In this short film, we spoke with Doug Wills about his time working with Brian at the 'Evening Standard' as well as with John Christie, who directed Brian on Channel 4's Travelog series.
In both conversations, Brian's love of animals came to the fore. John recounted Brian's insistence that all crew brought dog food to distribute to strays when on location in Pakistan while Doug recalled how much Brian loved his dogs.
