Great interview! So good to watch an interview that just was so relaxing and organic. AND FUNNY! Most interviews I've seen\watch actually give me anxiety because ether the questions are just so ughh or the two just don't listen or relax or want to be there. I get it though. lol. you are a really good interviewer and I really enjoyed listening to the both of you.
Great interview. Brian is such a great person. I've been lucky enough to meet him 4 times. Each time he was so awesome. Great Job Scott! I'll be subscribing for sure! =)
Your story is inspiring! I have Been a korn fan since i could walk! I became a Brian Head Welch fan back 2013 when i sat down in the big house in East Texas and herd his testimony! Inspiring message! We could even hear his band play across the st that night! GOD BLESS!! "JESUS SAVES"
Brian Head Welch your book, save me from myself album and Love and Death saved my life... I felt your words in the music and the great message you have.. Thanks for being the person you are, you inspire a lot of people!
Head is freakin awesome! I only met Korn once but it was when they played the Tennessee Theatre and you were weren't with them. It was a killer experience but I wish I had got to meet you as well. Glad to see you back and doing great man.
So happy to see a new long interview!!! I love Brian so much and I was lucky enough to meet him here in Redding, ca when they came through this year to play a show!!! I hope to meet him again, but until then I'll just keep my eye out for any interviews he does! Thanks for this one!!! Oh, also I love how you went through each album. It would be so cool for Korn to do a full Audiobiography, like Slipknot did. Just an idea!!
Scott, great interview man! You're a down to earth, calm interviewer and not pretending to be some hardcore YEAH! METAL! guy. That's why I watched the whole thing because you guys are just being yourselves. Great job brother!
I met head twice. I met him when I was 12 years old when Korn did their signing around issue's release. Very nice guy. The second time he handed me a guitar pick and I told him we love him and he said thank you lol.
How do you only have 601 subscribers?! Seriously, I've said it on a few videos of yours now, your interviews are amazing! Some of the best interviews I've ever seen honestly!
Great interview but why Brian skip Love and Death “ “Between Here and Lost” album??? Same thing happened in his latest book, not even mantioned about making this album. It’s strange.
Scott Bowling t You are welcome .... Very indepth and enjoyed it very much ... I miss these types of interviews that we don't see on TV anymore .... Brian is very inspirising. Thank you for bring it out there...:)
cool how about a interview with adrienne the singer from the benjamin gate who is now married to jeremy camp also how about interviews with the singer and drummer brothers from g s megaphone have solo careers how do you get these stars to be interviewed do you contact their managers i dont know why a line was across some of my words hope i fixed it
Love korn, they experiment a lot. But i wish for this next album they write longer 6 - 8 minute songs. I would love to hear a tool inspired korn album with insane time signatures.
I got the CD of Issues with the pavement/chalk thing on the cover when the CD came out. I don't think I realized that wasn't the main cover until like 2 years later or something! Probably the best overall record from Korn, but I still would take Korn if I could only keep 1 album.
Great interview but still no answer to what was different about Korn when he got back. I met Welch in 2004 on his solo tour and he was talking about the fact that he would never agree with the lyrics, deugs etc. So what changed? Not those two things?
I'm not sure why he stopped talking to Munky altogether .. with the guys altogether when he left the band... I understand that part about his needing to leave the band and get clean but... why stop talking to everyone? Has anyone read his book? Does he say? 😢
I spoke to soon! you did at the very end. I gotta say man, I found you yday and so glad i did. You the first interrviewer that asks all the questions we all want to know! not a bunch of bs filler. Amazing job man. Also, I talked to john about the new dust and he said like last album there are a few really heavy, lowtuned stuff like not today. I thought the new tuning last record really brought a freshness to the band. Also id love to see them do more stuff like chop mixing the acoustic and electric. Im also really happy elvis produced. That guy knows how to create great albums. He did work with chevelle on there best albums.
