I felt as if David Emmanuel was rushing her to say yes to the dress. Why not try on a third dress with the lace she wanted? She did look lovely in her chosen dress.

I agree. Her first time ever trying on gowns. She waited a long time for the perfect partner. She deserved to take her time and try on lots of gowns in lots of styles. Her choice is beautiful, but she did seemed to be rushed.

Hmm, yes I agree, tears seem to be the catalyst DE adheres to. Would have loved to see her have the full experience, ie,1 more gown at least.

I feel like she’s grown and if she didn’t like the dress then she would’ve kept trying in gowns. She got what she loved and that’s what matters

This dress was NOT what sweet Frances asked for at all. I feel like she was hassled and hustled through this appointment. I'm baffled here by David's approach.

I agree with the sister's initial opinion on both dresses. She could have found something better. It wouldn't have hurt to try a 3rd dress or even more options just to make sure she made the right decision. After all the 2nd was something she initially said she didn't want so who knows what else she might have loved. Just my opinion.

after waiting so long for this she should have been able to try on more dresses, different styles and nor been pressured so early on. I would have liked to see her try more.

The entourage was very kind. Two didn't like the dress but in the end they were very diplomatic. They said she looked so happy in the dress so they were for it.

I used to help a friend who owned a bridal shop and we were always telling the brides or any woman or girl looking for a dress to not judge the gown on the hanger, and a lot of times they'd pick a dress they never thought they would.

The first dress was awful. The dress she picked was beautiful, but i think it looked to young for her.

The first dress was better but why couldn’t they find something in between the two dresses that maybe had some straps and a little less bling, but wasn’t as plain as the first one? I didn’t get the feeling the bride was feeling it 100%, just that she was surprised she liked it as much as she did.

After alterations, I think the first dress would have been lovely. It really didn’t fit properly but this is common and adjustments are almost always made or a correct size is ordered. This is why brides -to-be shop so much in advance.

Older bride but first time bride varies to older bride previously had the bridal experience. The 1st dress suited a 60 yrvold widow remarrying, not a woman whose waited forever.

The first dress was horrible and the second dress was for a younger bride. They should have shown her more dresses. I can't stand David Emanuel. Princess Diana's dress was hideous.

Notloving the dress she chose, it's almost too young for her. A little more bling on the first silhouette would have been lovely. also, not a fan of the veil, maybe a small birdcage...MYO...
