I dont know if wetsuit material ( Neoprene), comes in white or off white, but I can think of some very beautiful & clever designs that COULD be made into "Fishtail" (no pun intended) Wedding gowns. Even a Jumpsuit style would be cute (maybe with a little Peplum)? no doubt, someone, ( somewhere) has thought of this.🤔

My first thought exactly! Why not sew a custom white neoprene suit or even like a short dress and you could stipl do a veil that would flow beautifully underwater. Why buy an expensive dress that will just get ruined in 5 minutes

My biggest concern was the safety issue. She and her fiance should have been more concerned about that. She could have gone with a white bridal inspired shorts jumpsuit and then changed into the dress afterwards.

I'm thinking it's not exactly a common theme so they'd be putting all that work into a dress that, maybe, in a span of years, 1 bride would be looking for. So it would be taking the spot of a regular dress they could sell a dozen of. Each dress only stays at a salon for a certain amount of time before it gets replaced with new samples.

The idea of ruining that gorgeous dress in the ocean was so upsetting to me! Get married in your wet suit and wear that gown to the reception or party afterward! I met my husband scuba diving but had zero desire to get married under the sea!

They showed it before, it didn't cause any damage like they didn't leave anything or whatever but I'm no biologist etc. It was just them snorkeling and in her dress. Don't think anything came off the dress either.
