The minute the bridesmaid said, "You lose," I would have said, "No, YOU lose. Consider yourself not part of this wedding. Please leave." Then I'd have turned to the rest of the supporting cast and said, "Anyone else?" My sister would have been deep-sixed, too. And I thought Steve Harvey was just joking about weddings in the black community.

It's not just the bridesmaids, but the wedding planner is just as bad as the gals are! He's not looking for anything for the bride in *this* wedding, he's looking for dresses for the bridesmaids for the sister's wedding! The bride needs to fire that man and tell him to leave the store and take the sister with him!

The sister is wrong on all levels of looking for dresses at the appointment. The wedding planner is wrong for helping the sister look for her dresses. The maid of honor/bf is a mess. I wouldn't have a wedding party, just hubby and I at the alter.

This was one of the most dysfunctional bridal parties I have seen on this show. The bride was very sweet and humble. Even willing to change her mind on the length of dresses. People can express their opinions without being rude and annoying as were the bride’s sister and best friend.

I would absolutely be fuming. If I found out my bridesmaid was using my appointment to fuel her own wedding ! like make your own appointment. This is my day if you wanna look at dresses make your own appointment and then that can be your day so rude.

I scheduled a second appointment immediately after my bridal gown appointment (on the same day) for my mom to try on MoB dresses just so she would concentrate on my appointment. I knew by giving her the extra attention after mine, she would settle in and be constructive and not try to shop for herself instead. It actually worked out really well! (The things we do for narcissists...)

Mine would. If she could take her key to show my parents and grandmother my brand new first apartment, and take over after my college graduation to literally shove between me and one of my professors (who was one of her professors when she was in college) to reintroduce our Mom and introduce our aunt, then take off to give them a tour of the college campus she'd do anything. I announced I was going to go to the bathroom, and to wait for me at the Student Center about 20 feet away from that bathroom I swear they never heard a word I said over her talking. When I got out of the bathroom and went into the Student Center they were nowhere to be seen. I wandered around campus looking for them, then headed back in the direction of my car to just go home when I saw them. I dropped into line behind them as they went past *and they never even knew I hadn't been with them the entire time.* The entire weekend had been that way. The 3 of them yapped constantly and never heard a word I said, even when they were in my own house.

As a minister and wedding officiant, I have officiated many weddings. The best experiences as far as I could see were when the bridesmaid/groomsmen were kept to no more than 4.

The woman who agreed to be my maid of honor, went from that, to out of the wedding in a snap. I’m a very easy person to get along with, but she wasn’t engaged and all she wanted to talk about was what would be perfect for her wedding and how she was too busy to do anything about planning mine. This bride may need to rethink her choices either that or the bridesmaids need to remember whose wedding it is.

Ignoring the rudeness of sister and "best friend," when the bride said she wanted tea length dresses, why were they pretty much strictly showing cocktail length for the shorter ones? Do they really not know what tea length is in that bridal salon or did the bride pick all of those ones?

I was wondering the same. I started to question myself as to whether they said tea length or knee length. Because what they came out in were not tea length dresses. I actually love tea length for a dress. It looks elegant without being too formal looking.

I thought the consultant was just as bad as the bridesmaid. She shows 3 dresses and since the bride didn't like any of them (I didn't either) it's 'well maybe you should consider the long...' - what?! You only have three short dresses to show this bride? You have an entire store full. Quit putting the models in dresses the bride clearly didn't want.

How completely unsupportive and arrogant her sister behaved. I am so thankful my sister was my rock during my dress selection. I also wore the dress she wanted me in for her wedding. When you speak kindly to each other, everyone let's the stress and anger go and you can actually have a great time and beautiful dresses. Don't be a damn Diva ladies. Be a friend.

🤣 What a crew! 😲🤭 Back in the day, l knew of a bride that bought the fabric, patterns, and had a seamstress that offered her services if needed. And the bride said here you go ladies! Same pattern for the two piece chiffon dresses except for the maid of honor that had empire waist. Matching pastel parasols. Late 1970's. Nobody complained and they looked terrific. The only thing that stood out a bit uncomfortably was one of the four ladies who decided to dye her hair auburn red that wore a peach color dress. But that was so on her wasn't it? 🤭✌️💖🦋🙏

I’m literally seething over these girls. The icing on the cake is the BFF/MOH finishing off with “what I wanted has come to pass”.. ugh. The bride did choose a beautiful dress that looked good on all of them, but that’s got nothing to do with other people getting their way. I think I’d dump all those friends right now.

Wow, just wow😯. I have sisters that are alot older than me. And no matter what I did...it was never good enough. Even after I hit my 50s. They still tried to tell me how to dress and more. I no longer speak to them or anyone in my family...as youngest of 8...2 sisters and 5 brothers. Even the brothers get on my case...sheesh!

These sisters are awful. Saying you can’t even have a second wedding, go to the courthouse. Telling people what to wear when it’s not your wedding. I personally don’t see anything wrong with having weddings close. You can’t expect gifts to be as generous, as mutual guests will have a budget. But someone who is so concerned with hemline etiquette should know it’s “best wishes only” for your second.

I would have just kept my wedding plans private away from my overpowering sister & bestie. I would not have accepted them misbehaving during my wedding dress appointment. And I definitely wouldn’t have hired the same wedding planner as my sister, if my sister stole my wedding planner behind my back and was sneaking looks at wedding items during my wedding appointments, I would fire the wedding planner & planned my own wedding without any hired planners, and I would never let any overpower friends take over my wedding plans. I would just create a survey to find out how many girls would wear the style and color I want

The problem is the sister and bridesmaids were already messy and pushy for years, so it shouldn't have been a suprise when they want to control things. All this "this isnt what i want or this isn't my idea of a dress" nonsense needs to stop. Too many people at the appointment and too many in the bridal party. Smh... And the sister have a wedding the following month whats up with that? Its no official rule against it but thats just tacky imo
