I agree I loved it but I had a sense that bride felt it was to much and she didn't want to to outshined by her mom. Her mom radiated timeless beauty in that second dress and a lot of guests will notice that. Just a guess though.

I agree. That was really gorgeous and the spongy dress wasn't flattering. I thought her mom would get the nice brown goldish color with the beautiful accessory at the waist but she didn't get it too.

I agree and many have such an idealistic view about marriage that they cannot last when reality hits. They have a fairytale wedding which is the easy and fun part. The real hard work is the marriage itself. This reminds me of my cousin who had a grand engagement and wedding. However, her marriage lasted less then 2 years. This bride was not ready for marriage and has not matured yet. She may be better off single as who can stand a spoiled brat?

@@brandywineblogger1411 i should start this out by saying that i try my best to remain modestly dressed for religious reasons- although i absolutely understand where you're coming from, i do feel as though nobody seeking Christ should be turned away from the church. i just think that if somebody is truly working on altering their life to honor God and pursue faith, we should accept them with open arms and allow them to keep that between themselves and Christ. not at all trying to start anything, more just offering up my own opinion!
