I watched this again after years and it is still magical. Clint Eastwood’s direction was impeccable and his choice of Meryl Streep to play Francesca was brilliant. The on-screen chemistry between the two is beautiful- almost every frame of the movie takes your breath away. It’s a classic. I hope more people watch it again & again. 🌹💙

This movie captivates my heart & soul and watching it for the 3rd time is even more enchanting as I age. Words are not necessary in an experience such as this. Superb acting with Clint & Meryl Streep. Thank you all for pro ducing such a film!❤🙏❤
I was 12 turn 13 back in '95 and watched this at the Presidio Theater in San Francisco with about 74 women who cried with me watching that scene at the stop light. The woman next to me held my hand and we all cried together. It was beautiful.
I love Johnny Hartman voice so much, I grew up listening to him often because my parents loved his music, the first time I heard that baritone voice I was captivated just watching my parents dance to his music and I never forgot that beautiful moment., now my husband and I listen/dance so do my adult sons., this music will last for generations, beautiful❤️❤️
Sadly, Mr. Hartmann failed to get the recognition that so endowed the likes of Nat King Cole. He died a bitter man. Wonderful singer, and I would have liked to have told him that.

I did follow my heart and the enjoyed my time while it lasted. Sometimes, the illusion is better than the reality. In Francesca (sp) SHE made the right choice.....they would always have those 4 perfect days. together....always. She would have been eaten up with GUILT for leaving her children and husband. and that small town mentality. PERFECT ENDING.
I love the movie, love the music (especially Johnny Hartman) and great acting/directing. After hearing Johnny I now want to buy and listen to all his songs - I just love this music - so relaxing and classy!

Love this movie Timeless beautiful love story, Robert and francesca my name is Franceska. So you know this movie hits home for me. I cry at the end every time. She was so selfless she could not and would not leave her children. THEY TRULY LOVED EACHOTHER 4DAYS😢❤
