If there is anything about Natasha and her siblings is how they know how to be graceful and royal. You can easily see their mum did a great job grooming them

She sounds amazing. I wish they would come out more and tell Ugandans who they really are. Our society would learn a lot from her. Esp on growing up with privilege and remain sober.

Natasha I just love the way u deal with stress and problem. U have found the way or foundation to deal with ur problem Jesus Christ. He is the only one who can keep us from all these issues. Come unto me all ye that labour and are heavily ladden and I will give u rest. This is the only solution to mental issues. I wish the youth of today could go for that and leave the filthy of this world.

My biggest take from natasha was whoever is struggling there will be better times and It's the cycle. God as a PILLAR we conquer whoever ill also remind you folks that hardtimes are subjective . What's hard for me may be good or soft to another however that doesn't change the narrative that hard times create strong men strong men create good times these create weak men and inturn create badtimes. The cycle continues .Also note that there's no clear source the badtimes so it's all up their in your mind . I'll also quote her emphasising she journals , Journaling creates self awareness and this is a good begining point in mental healing , sometimes I get to understand that the generations before had mental healing and self therapy without even realising. All in all it was such a lovely talk filled with humility .thanks Wonder thanks natasha

I love her perspective on the strength the men that went before the current generation exuded. I have observed that people can get so lost in understanding their triggers, emotions etc. etc. and forget that they have God given strength. We need to rise up, sermon our inner energies and "deal with things" just like our fathers and mothers did. Let's stop victimising ourselves. It is not Godly!
