Thank you for the clarification!! Love this tutorial. My daughter will be ecstatic to learn making tack with me (she's only 6yrs but has always ADORED horses & has taken riding lessons since barely 3yrs)!! I'm a jeweler so I use leather in some of my pieces. Can't wait to get into another craft.

Beautiful.... I just got this pattern pack... I’m excited about trying to make it...but I don’t yet have a sewing machine to do all that stitching (the front tooled bits to the green backing). Is there away around doing it all by hand stitching? Does it absolutely need the backing? Could using heavier leather compensate for that ?

What weight of leather did you use? Do you not worry about it stretching?

P.s. are there any Tandy Leather shops in or around Auburn, AL? I could look it up but honestly I'll probably forget as soon as I exit youtube lol. Do you have PDF for sale of the bridle or any tack patterns? Thanks in advance Tandy Leather! Always inspired by your creations 💞

Hi! Verry nice for the tutorial, it's cool to see it step by step it helps to understand the hole process and makes it easier to figure out how to do it on your own :) But I have to say (and i'm saying this in a constructive way), there are some issues with the quality of this Bridle, and if you do it for yourself there is no problem with that, but as a big company and for someone who has access to all the equipment they need (and also new equipment) I would expect the tutorial to be... i don't know, better? The sewing job is a little botched, you can really see it on the back of the pieces, the hole " i'm doing this but i don't recomend doing it" or "i did it wrong do it in another way" that is not convicing for me. I mean, if you want to make an official tutorial for a company, i think it is important to test it first, get how to do it well, and then film the totorial. I just makes everything more serious, more trustable. It is after all the reputation of the company :) Abby looks really nice and she has a great voice and her tooling is really pretty! The overall product is nice and looks good but when you look at the details i think it is lacking a little bit of quality compare to other tandy tutorial i used to watch when i started leathercrafting :) Like I said, i'm saying this in a constructive way and I'm not attacking Abby personnally, i'm sure she is a super great person. I just feel that the quality of the tutorial, and of the product could of been improved by doing a test run before filming it :) Have a nice day!
