This version of the Magnolia, the V8, is different than the previous ones, especially for the living area layout. Also, the access to the loft is with a staircase, avoiding the use of a ladder. This tiny house is equipped with motorized blinds, smart lock and also includes a rooftop deck. The exterior is all made of Shou Sugi Ban cedar and the roofing is standing seam hidden fasteners.

Cette version du Magnolia, le V8, est différent des précédentes versions, spécialement en ce qui a trait à l'aménagement du salon. De plus, l'accès à la mezzanine se fait avec un escalier, afin d'éviter l'utilisation d'une échelle. Cette mini-maison est également équipée de stores motorisés, serrure intelligente et inclus également une terrasse sur le toit. L'extérieur est entièrement constitué de cèdre Shou Sugi Ban et le revêtement de toiture est en acier sans vis apparente.
