This video shows the Beachy Head loop that the Brighton & Hove Bus Company 13X takes, missing out the section of A259 that the 12's use. We are travelling east to west in this instance, and come across a broken down bus [or two?] en route. Have cut it a little short at the end, the road continues for another half mile or so before re-joining the A259. We are onboard a Volvo Gemini, 473 if I remember correctly.

Brilliant video indeed David :-). I'm really terribly sorry for not keeping up with the throwing hatchet and watching this in due course but here I am now. Wonderful bus ride and I think I've rode on this route before but quite a while back now but I'm certainly rode on the individual Brighton and Hove bus routes 12, 12A, 12X and all that though. Brilliant video David and extremely well worth the watch and I presume you filmed this after we met up at the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway that very day? :-). Take care David :-). From your friend Foxy :-).

Glad you enjoyed seeing the 13X loop. Coincidentally I went into and back out of Eastbourne on the 13X's that day, not deliberately but they were the first buses to come along. I have previously done the Seaford & District sightseeing trip around that loop which was on a really gusty day. Yes, you are quite correct, this is the bus I took on the way home after the EMSR event.
