Very nice apartment and you can’t beat those views! However, it does remind me of a New York City apartment. They have no real living areas either. You can tell it’s a holiday home because of the small living area and the fact that there’s no oven. Just about enough room for a small couch just like this one. But you could possibly do something with that second bedroom and bunkbeds, and get some more living space in there. and you can’t beat that covered veranda!

For a small vacation/weekend home, it is fine. But……Only if the living, dining, kitchen area was larger…it is quite small/cramped. And, there is no cantina or garage. I’d consider converting half of terrace space to indoor living space.

I’ve watched a number of your videos…beautiful properties…but I’m 75…won’t be renovating to any degree…this is the first contemporary property and it really works and in my case makes perfect sense..could you weatherize the terrace?…thanks

Late to comment. Those saying no living area. You could use the 2nd bedroom for a living room if just a couple or single person. Or Not use a sofa. Two nice small frame swivel chairs could be set at angle where the stationary part of window with small table between. A small round table tall enough to eat at could be between them. Delete dining table or move that to terrace for nice days. Then could add more kitchen storage and oven on opposte kitchen wall. And put the TV on that wall too. Also may be an idea to make the door to terrace swing out. Its taking up valuable room inside where living are could be!

Would the current owners be willing to rent this unit to someone who will live in it full time, year round? Finance, as in give away for free? No, lol. If you mean loans, as in taking out a mortgage, the government doesn't do mortgages. You would have to find a bank to do that, not the government, lol.

Very little. This year a couple of days, I wish we had more! We are on the sea side of the mountains. Usually we may get a week and obviously it stays on the mountains from around October to april
