Come join Michelle and Matthew as they explore the Brimfield Antiques Fair, one of the oldest antiques fairs in the U.S! It's been five years since our last visit, so we were excited to come back and see what we could find!
I could of watched an hour more of this! I have longed to goto brimfield, but no one to accompany me! One day! But thank you for sharing so I can live vicariously! And yay they allow dogs!
Thoroughly enjoyed! I love a vintage/antique fair and this one had such an array of clothing. The handbag stall was gorgeous and all the compacts too! Loved your purchases as well as seeing all the dresses and jackets that you tried on 👌
Michelle, I just watched the video you were on That Rachel Maskey hosted. boy that was a great video it echoed all I feel about vintage fashion! thank you for your insite into the vintage world. As I said I am a collector and feel, as a collecter, it's my duty to keep the clothes in my collection ,All Womens clothes, from 1865 to about 1910, safe and preserved for future generations. I don't wear vintage myself, as I am way too big. I apologize if i was disrespectful to you and Matthew. I LOVE VINTAGE! i can't ware it because I am a + sized man. with all due respect and admiration!
Thank you John, I appreciate your passion for vintage- we clearly share the same passion for vintage! Thank you for preserving those delicate items. Brimfield is in Brimfield, Massachusetts and happens three times a year- May, July and September. I hope you can make it- it's quite an experience!
The booth at 1:40 is Demetra Vintage, she always has great stuff, but I'm not sure if she'll be at Brimfield this time. I'm sure you can follow her on IG to find out. I honestly can't remember the name of the booth at 4:40! It was almost two years ago so it's a little hazy. The Vintage Fashion tent is always a good place to start, but there are so many great booths at Brimfield. Happy hunting!
I feel ya, Matthew! I have had some clothes mysteriously shrink in my closet as well. So glad you got the Gold Lamé dress, Michelle. It looks like it was made for you. As always, Lady Cookie Von Snickerdoodle is the epitome of style!
