This is a breakfast but it is balanced with what? There are no vegetables. It is high protein, high cholesterol meal that should not be part of a balanced healthy diet on a regular basis. This is what I would call an occasional treat meal.

У меня большие сомнения, что котлета внутри может прожариться при такой обработке. Желательно сверху крышкой накрыть и дать ей внутри пройти паром. И кроме того , это, я так понимаю, что-то типа раклетницы или блинницы с антипригарной поверхностью. Как это возможно прямо по антипригарному слою резать ножом? Это царапает поверхность

Some of these recipes are just plain stupid. You should be able to enjoy the food...not wonder how to eat it or pick it apart. If i need a manual, a hazmat suit and special tools to eat, then something went wrong.

If you cannot eat this way, or don’t want it, or lack the creativity and enjoyment in spending time making awesome food for special occasions.....SHUDDUP. Honestly. NOBODY eats like this every damn day. This channel has amazing recipes and I’ve used several of them. Why?? Because special occasions and celebrations deserve something awesome and decadent and made with love. Wonderful food and cooking has no room for negativity!! 🤫

Nobody eats like this period. Every thing about it is unnecessary and would be better by itself. Eggs cooked in a hole in your pancakes? Why? I like syrup on pancakes, not on eggs so now I have to separate it as the consumer. Way undercooked sausage wrapped in undercooked bacon, covered with cheese. Gross. Hot dogs? I dont have to say anything about that. There is nothing imaginative or creative about any of this. You're just cooking a bunch of stuff together. As far as negativity goes. There is always room for it, especially in cooking. If there wasn't, this kind of garbage would be made in real restaurants. And there is definitely no room for that. There is a reason this is on RU-vid and not in a real professional kitchen.

Recipe 1: imitate filet minon with bacon and ground sausage. There is no way that bacon is done, plus I question the doneness of the sausage meat. Recipe 2: Those dogs are not fully cooked.
