Well, I'm 65 and today at the gym, I'll try to see how many rounds I can do. I'm guessing 3-4. What I got going for me is that I do my reps on my push up variations with a pause an inch from the floor. It's not as long a pause as Frank's, but, it should help me do around 4 rounds. We'll see... By the way, what an inspiration Frank Medrano is!!!!!
Wow this was intense. I reached round 3 haha. But my chest and triceps were already tired from a push ups workout I did yesterday. Just wanted to see what this one was like. I'll try it again after a solid rest day.
Excellent! Thank you! About half way through I started planking instead of hovering but did the push up on cue. I'll be back to work up to doing it as demonstrated. Just to let you know, I'm 60 and a grandpa, but I know if I stay fit, God willing, I'll be around to see the great grand children!

I saw the video and was like "cool, less than 5 min... let's do this" OMG... it's deceptively DIFFICULT! but a great and quick upper body workout. I love it. Thank you Frank.

I did only one round without a break and took breaks in the other rounds. The hold at the bottom was the killer. Will keep up the challenge until I make it! Great challenge, Frank! I love your workouts and superhuman strength!

This is a challenge. I am out of breath... Far more difficult than the regular version. I can do decline pushups with that version. This one I was feeling... My phone is heavy now.

I use to do back in High School I had weight training our teacher was the coach for the football team as well. So he would use us as lab rats for the training for his foot ball team. Yet I had weight training and PE Back to back . So when I did the mile run for PE the next class was weight training I had the mile run for weight training. Plus my crazy ass after school went to the gym as well. The good old days.
