Yeah, the sleep mode definitely helps. The main thing for me. I've been going to sleep leaving scary stories playing and i think that's causing the problem coz it wasn't getting any rest.

I have had my fire stick for a little over a year, one of the basic ones. It didn’t come with any information that you are telling us. Grateful that I found your channel. And I have never been told that I should put the fire stick to sleep, and it has been a year! Thank you. PS I hope all you have to do is turn it on to get to play again or do I have to go back into the menu to wake it up!

Thanks for the info, always appreciated. I just cut the cord last weekend. I now only have an antenna and my firestick. I did increase my wifi speed to 400/20. Man it is crazy fast. Saving over $80 a month.
Hey Jeremy, might try it, currently I use Mobdro for live tv. I do have Amazon prime as well, mostly for the free shipping but prime has a lot of movies as well.

Hiya Mate, I'm from Liverpool England and I've been a subscriber to your channel for a couple of years now, basically ever since I got a Firestick it's only a 2nd Generation Firestick but it more than suffices for me, I only use my WiFi on my TV and phone..!! I often thought about getting a new Firestick (ie) New 4k one but friends and family have told me that the one I have does the trick and gives me everything I need, I have I**V, Amazon Prime and Netflix and don't use tons of different apps, by the way I watched your video about getting more storage space on my Firestick and followed what you said as I only had a tiny bit of storage left not even enough to load an app, well you were spot on as usual and I've now got over 1GB of storage space just as you predicted I would have so thanks again for all the great help, advice and support you have given me over the last couple of years, your the best 👌

I am in the US and just stumbled upon your channel. I loooove my firetv sticks but have had multiple issues for a while. Your content has changed my LIFE!!😁😁👍🏽👍🏽 I even have an extra firetv stick just for traveling. Which brings me to this… why is it that my FTVS will connect on hotel/resort TVs but will not allow me to use the buttons on the FTVS for navigation? I can only use the hotel/tv remove buttons.

Pete Long we use the app most of the time. But for visual display on RU-vid we use the remote. I also did a video on the remote and how to re-pair it. It’s quite good if you haven’t see in.

Some yes. Go to settings, applications, manage installed applications and open each one you want to uninstall. If given the option you can. Otherwise sadly no... your next option would be to add additional storage. We have videos on it
I just tried this on IMDbTV. I don't use this app. What is Clear data and Clear cache? It does not give me the option to uninstall this app. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP W/THESE WONDERFUL VIDEOS!! Watching from San Diego, CA.
I already went thru 2 of them just cuz they over heat nd burn out....eventually! Or they dont operate correctly, just like a motor to a car it overheats...it will fuck up, ps, laptops, ect.
