If your on the iPhone 4 or 4S, you can downgrade entirely to iOS 6 On the 5C, iOS 6 isnt an option but iOS 7, 8 and 9 is

Does not work. After pressing the reboot button, the phone reboots into ios 6 - it starts showing logs after a minute it reboots back into ios 7 without any errors or log crash.

I'm not sure if that's possible with coolbooter, to boot into iOS 6 just tap the coolbooter app. If you want iOS 6 permanently it's possible with a tethered jailbreak but then every time you turn off the device you're gonna have to kick start it via a PC.

A thing to note, while coolbooter is compatible with the iPhone 5C I doubt that it will let you install iOS 6, main reason being that the touchscreen doesn't work.

Do you need internet to do this jailbreak? Because my iPhone 4 is somehow still working after water damage, except the internet. Is this possible without Wi-Fi or anything else?

Sadly no but buying an iPhone 4 is cheap i got mine for 10 euros it was cracked but it had the original box and a battery in good condition

Hi, I'm seem to be having issues with downgrading it. There's no option to downgrade when i press 'modify' only 'remove' and 'reinstall' and whenever i try to downgrade it on ver 1.6, it just crashes the app and dosent even install. Do know what this issue might be and how to fix it? If so, please let me know, thanks!

I found this: forums.macrumors.com/threads/posix-operation-time-out-cydia-error.1690986/ it says that it could be due to high traffic on cydia’s servers, try again and see if it gives you the same error.

It seems that on iPhone 5C iOS 6 can run but the touchscreen won't work as it doesn't have drivers for it.

No, una volta riavviato l’iPhone torna su iOS 7. Per tornare ad iOS 6 basta aprire coolbooter e farlo partire.

if you bypass the icloud on primary ios then it will be no problems on secondary ios. tried this like 10 time and icloud it's not an issue

@Filip Gajic I'm not sure it can be done on all iPhone 4 models but I know it can be done on the 8gb iPhone 4 however if you turn it off you'll need to boot it connected to a PC since it uses a tethered jailbreak. I linked a video on how to do it in the pinned comment.
