@@omshanti5885He's already been to India and tried quite a bunch of food..he has the benchmark set and has good knowledge. He can only grow more and more from here.
@@omshanti5885 just because something is made outside of its origin place it doesn't means that it will always be bad or less better than the original food
I loved watching these guys taste something new and different....for the first time. Its absolutely wonderful to see their reactions. Thank you for sharing.
No it's mainly because Indian pallets are able to handle much more harsh seasonings and flavors. Most American foods involved just salt, pepper and garlic.
The best part is no meat no fish no egg .just veg.. it's the only country in the world who has hundreds of recepies and even without onion and garlic.. enjoy...
That's few out of 6000 different food found in india ..at 40yr I am still discovering new taste I had..trust me every 200km languag, landscape ,coustom, jewellery design, costumes and lot more everything changes even way weddings happen..😊
Exactly. I’m from Chennai and chaat and pavs are more common in the north. We rarely have it here. My proper Indian grandparents don’t even know what those are and my parents aren’t sure what’s Pav Bhaji and what’s Golgappa. Hell, even I’m not sure sometimes 😁. Obviously, I only know *Vada* Pav 😋
Perfectly put. I barely managed some 10 states in India and each place had different specialities and culturally quite diverse be it language and living style.
Unfortunately, with the advent of Western culture, all the cultural diversity is slowly but surely eroding. It is so sad! I went to India from the USA after 15 years of living outside of India and saw mayonnaise, processed cheese, and other processed foods taking over the Indian food landscape. People wore jeans in 100-degree Fahrenheit weather, spoke in English more than their own native language, ate more pizza, pasta, burger, burritos, than their native cuisines, fell for avocados and strawberries over their native tropical fruits, etc Most of what I saw was in favor of western culture than their own. Nothing wrong with any culture, food, fruit, or dress but people should dress in accordance to the weather, eat native fruits, vegetables, and spices that are important to their ecology and more importantly their own health, speak in their own languages for many reasons. Hope something somehow changes and jolts Indians out of their neo-colonized minds for them to understand that every culture is beautiful, including their own. They need not ape one over the other or their own.
Indian foods are literal art if they are handled well. The mixture of spices and everything is unreal. I used to visit the country so many times before.
pani puri, vada paav, and pav bhaji are my all time favorite indian foods. paav bhaji is so underrated in the west. ive eaten all 3 dishes so many times yet i never get tired of them.
@@chefKeithSarasin create pav bhaji & Vada Pao nonveg with smashed fish or mutton. Its like Indian burger. I'm thinking about to create this new item in Bengal Kolkata. Mutton fish or prawn Vada pao or pao bhaji.
@@surojeetchatterjee pl don't keith , even the thought yucks me. Things have to be the way they are. Weird fusions kill both the elements of food , original and the twisted new element. If you want non veg, you have keema samosa mutton samosa etc whatever Irani cafes are famous for.
Good choice , eat as much as you can since it's gonna be summer, can easily burn up the calories as well Tip: if your summer is too hot, make sure you don't miss out on spicy buttermilk, it's tasty and cooling for the body in the summer heat
Actually most American, irish and north European and Japanese dishes concentrate on one flavor. Indian, mexican and italian dishes a a fucking riot of flavours . That's why they are such dopamine gushers.😊😊
it should be made mandatory during chef training to try Indian Cuisine (its way diverse than anything else in the world) To quote Chef Ramsey, "In India after every 100kms the food changes"
Remember 1 main thing. The taste will never be same. You will get original taste only in India. Because fresh things and exact spices are in India, so always try food by visiting the country. 😅😅
All dishes are looking so delicious 🤤 after watching this i m feelings hungry 😅😅 very tasty 😋👌 thanks for sharing the Indian but most of Mumbai's famous fast food ever 🎉

Sir if you wanna learn more about Indian food please react to chef ranveer Brar ❤ he will also tell some history about that food. And love your work and channel. Thank you.
Not boasting unnecessarily but Indian, in fact Bhartiya food is the best in the world as even foreigners have said - it is very easy to be vegetarian in India. We have the best vegetarian food, the variety is as huge as marine life found in oceans - no matter how much you experience, there is always more to explore. It's endless as you start travelling. Only one dish like khichdi is made in so many ways in every region of Bharat. The no. of paranthas served, the type & no. of dessert served. .. You can't find more types of dishes anywhere. Paratha was just an eg. The list is endless as there is so much variety in food.
That's remaind me when I made chicken Dam Biryani for my subway english staff, and they not just loved it they just finished it all, and all were up for recipe 😅😅❤
I love the fact that you’re pronouncing Indian food correctly and eating other foods beside butter chicken. I’m really grateful and glad I came across this channel
Proud to be Indian❤...lots of love n gratitude to the chef who cooked such delicious Indian dishes n served u...n lots of gratitude for u dear for trying it out with ur other chef friends n giving real opinion about it❤❤
Most of indian food was originally low fat, easy on the gut and nutritious. In recent years, butter cheese, mayonnaise etc are added to indian food ( especially street food). Not a big fan of such additions, but sometimes a cheese filled pav bhaji is very enticing.
In multicultural England raised with Indians and Pakistani amongst other people We're blessed with their cuisine! Britain's Favourite Dish is 'Chicken Tikka Masala' but I'm a Balti Meat fan invented in my hometown of Birmingham.❤
That "Challo" was more Indian, than most Indian would say. I was already hooked onto the video. Love their reactions. I kinda missed what the first chef said, he moved away from microphone.

My first encounter with your channel. Love you passion and sweetness. Been cooking Indian food now for 48 years after I immigrated to the US. Been feeding a lot of my local friends and introduced them to our awesome Indian cuisine. Glad American pallate has changed since then to accommodate our rich cuisine. Thanks and subscribed. ❤❤
