Bringing home a 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner Barn Find!! Beep Beep! 

I actually ended up trading this one for a 70 440-6 car a few weeks ago. I do intend to post build videos on that one though!

I actually recently traded it for a 70 Roadrunner, and will have some videos on that car's build. Going to do it right!

Did you ever street race with the GTX?? And we're they fast?? Before my time

Did very little street racing by then but did have it in the triple diggets a few times.

It was added at some point. It apparently spent most of the 80's as a hotrod

I do not have any videos on the GTX yet, nor my Dart. I do plan on incorporating those two at some point!

Wow I got to find the barns your shopping at I found a few cars recently worse shape than the road runner and they wanted 3 to 4 times your pricing

I appreciate it! I learned how to work on cars by going out and buying one, and just jumping in. I know some old timers, and other car guys that help along the way as well, which always helps. Unfortunately, I think I am going to part ways with this one before getting into it too much. I have some other projects I'd like to get to and do before building another B-body Mopar

Definitely. There are a few good walk arounds in this video that show the rot behind the rear wheels. I plan on doing the body work with a buddy, so all the holes will be shown in better depth when that happens!

Not off the top of my head, but they are certainly out there. I've found all the cars I have by constantly looking and talking to people. I bought a DeSoto motor off this fellow last year, and thats how I found this one. Put a bug in his ear about it, and things worked out.

Nope! I will have to admit that I have a thing for Mopar, but I appreciate all makes and models. The Roadrunner is a big project car that will take some time, and multiple videos to finish up. The next car that will be a shorter project is actually a Ford!

It actually got traded off to a buddy for 70 Roadrunner.

This one was Y2 yellow, and the guy I got it from, his brother primed it years ago, and then blew up the 400 in it. It was originally a 383 automatic car, and still had the automatic trans, but was converted to a floor shift instead of column.

Congrats haha! An electric winch is on the list of future investments. I've been spending all my money on cars and parts lately though. The lady calls it a disease haha

@@k3vbotsgarage786 LOL. Mine calls it Hoarding!!!! Lmao When I say I own about 30 vehicles total, that's a modest answer. I just don't have the heart to sell any off. My list starts with a 1968 Camaro, and ends with a 2007 International semi. There is a handful of goodies in between the 2. Our condition is something only us car guys can appreciate & understand.. Anyway, Can't wait to see the Road Runner when its done. Man, I was waiting for something to jump out of the car when you had just picked it up. Man those rodents did a number on your interior. Whew. Oh by the way, I had a 69 Super bee in HS the same factory colors your road runner was. I'd still own that car, but back then, my old man was so pissed off at all the posi tracks marks I left on his freshly asphalted drive way. That one day he made me an offer that I just couldn't refuse. So I had to let it go. I do miss my B body MOPAR. Beep Beep Brother

That I'm not sure. I do not know if those were the original seats to the car either. Based on the color, I would think so though

That engine was shot, and the gauges will dry out well before any power is applied to them. Plus the whole dash will probably come out when someone restores it.

@@k3vbotsgarage786 water will cause corrosion in the gauge cluster and turn it green and there's no fixing that...
