Lowkey disappointed we didn't get to see you draft Dinos, since you seem to rarely go that route. But, on the other hand, glad to see you finally try tunnel grinder. I definitely think that's an underrated card this set even if it didn't do a whole lot for you in your games.

Grinder is fantastic in commander, with all the cracking of fetchlands etc. such a fun card and a value engine

Dinos is so overrated in this format. It has very little board interaction and removal, and the synergy does not give much value. I can’t tell you how many times I easily beat dinos

@@pizzaquate I'm not saying it's always good, but if you get a couple of the good rares and rampers, it can be quite good. I've beat dinos several times with any combination of the jeskai colors, but I've also trophied with dinos. And it doesn't really lack removal, it has all the red damage spells plus Green's punch effects. Maybe no hard removal like black has, but still enough.

I've been watching some of your videos on drafting they are really fun to watch, my friend invited me to draft and I tied for second on my first draft, definitely because I watch your videos lol.

I found that if you're drafting black, 2-3 Echo of Dusk are surprisingly often carrying you to victory in games where you would otherwise die to early game aggression. In my opinion, Echo of Dusk are a better pick up than Necromage, because they are cheaper, block better (especially once descend is turned on) and because the sacrifice archetype is so bad comparatively that the two Necromage tokens often don't really matter.

there was a streak where half of my opponents played bringer. Always rooting for you to go all the way but I also was kind of rooting for downfall because bringer is a stupid card and it brings up painful memories

that format is terrible, you have 0 removal and crazy bombs at rare and mythic that you cannot rival without having bombs yourself. Idkhow many ppl have fond memories of khans when its so bad its unplayable

First time drafting Khans and I find it so refreshing compared to most other sets. There are some bombs but the format is mostly smart trading and long grindy games. There are some absurd cards for sure tho.

@@lucardumen9354 i agree. Its just a different speed from what we're used to nowadays. It's a perfect set if you like to sit down for a long game. Ive seen ten minute board stalls in khans but thats not always a bad thing 😅

I am really low on LCI. It might be my least favourite draft format of the past 5 years. And that includes OG Eldraine (mill mill mill), Ikoria (busted cycle decks), SNC, and even M21 (did I mention mill?!). Something about this set just doesn’t sit well with me.. maybe it’s the over-powered 1,2,3 drops. Too many games where you’re too far behind to stabilize or catchup
