Can confirm no diplo MEOWER; EIS and BXS didn't immediately ally. EIS leadership reached out to Satoru and he said he'd get back to us but never did. There was never any proper diplo between all 4 servers in any organised manner. EIS and TFS didn't have diplo chats. We figured the alliance with BXS was active after this.

Well technically BDO was number 1 and NOIR was number 2 in the pre KvK.
