Talakai could have passed. It is interesting when players get overconfident because of their own success. They think they can do anything. Self belief is good but overconfidence is not. If he had passed and they scored it could have changed the game. It could have been a momentum shift. I saw the same thing with Israel Folau when he switched to Union. He was tearing other teams apart and in the final minutes of a game against the British and Irish Lions he could have passed for a game and series winning try but he went for it himself and he didn't score. Lost the series. Players need good coaches around them that keep their feet on the ground and keep them playing for the team.
