This video did the step count job❣ At 9pm, after a busy day, my steps were in the high 4K range. I remember getting the alert about this 6K brisk walk that morning. So, about 40 minutes into this routine, my Fitbit buzzes. 10K step count accomplished. Thanks, Nikki for helping me stay on track.

Wonderful! Thanks for watching! Walk just means that one or both feet stay connected to the mat. There is still bouncing happening. :)

The music carried me through this one! I didn't use weights and I sometimes would change the moves, such as doing a hamstring curl instead of a tap back. Thanks!

I did the whole workout wasn’t sure I was going to be able to. Took a health bounce break halfway for a minute then back at it, didn’t do the arms always & did my own arms without weights. Lots of fun. Thank you.

I’m a sweaty mess 🥵 love the moves and the music. I did it all with 1lb weights except I modified the shoulder press for a chest press. My pelvic floor doesn’t like weights over my head 🤣

Something very light. 1 or 2 lbs. You don't need much when you combine rebounding and weights. Thanks!
