This was THE 5th grade sleepover movie, can't even count how many times I've seen it (also, did my mom know what I was watching, lol). I gave a little squeal at each new song that came on and had to stop the arm movements during Love is Strange multiple times to sing Sylvia's part into my hand microphone. Yes, both assist with lymphatic drainage and have health benefits. Spring rebounders tend to be a little firm and some people have a mild joint pain, but it depends on the rebounder and the person!

This was super fun and had great music! I'm so excited that I was able to keep up with it all. The only thing I cannot do is the high intensity front/back because it hurts my neck, so I did switches instead. And then the next move ended up being switches on the high intensity part LOL! Holy moly, and if the cardio amd toning weren't enough, you go throw in some HIIT at the end. I've noodle legs, I'm the colour of an aubergine, but I'm alive and in about 10 mins I'll feel GREAT! Thank you both.

Hi Nikki, love your energy! You inspired me to repurchase a rebounder. I say repurchase because I owned one in the 1990's. It had springs (HAHA) Love the music too! Question: I have lumbar spinal stenosis. Do you know if rebounding is OK. I have gone through your Beginners Week and feel great while doing the workout and am having a little more pain the next day. My PT says to do core exercises to take the pressure off my lower back. Would appreciate your input on this.
Rebounding definitely requires core strength, so I agree with your PT on those exercises. I assume you've watched the form tutorial? Proper form can help with low back ache from rebounding. Also, stretching is super important. I'd follow whatever your doc/PT says.

It’s now July 2024, and I finally got a rebounder for exercise. Thank you so much for having just this very easy and short beginner/senior workout! I had to stop several times on my first viewing. But I made it through and I plan to come back tomorrow. Thanks!!!
Great job! Take it one bounce at a time. No rush. Be sure to watch my form tutorial if you haven't already and do some before/after stretching. Have fun on your new rebounder!
I am 70 years old and suffer with lower back and groin pain. also sciatica type pain I legs and neuralgia in both feet...no med aid. would a rebounder help
Hi there! Possibly. It would be best to have a discussion with your doctor. It is a low impact exercise and many people with health conditions do participate, but check with doc first.
