Wow. Just when I thought ATBBQ videos couldn't get any better, this piece of beauty comes out. Fantastic video, loved the behind-the-scenes approach, and seeing Chef Tom more relaxed and spontaneous than usual was great too!
One of my bucket list thing is to actually go to "All thing BBQ" buy a YS640, all the spices I can think of, and meet Chef Tom and the crew. Would be nice to try some stuff they're cooking that day. Their videos never disappoint.
I agree, I love the behind the scenes format. Don't get me wrong, I like the more prepared and polished videos also, but this style does seem more spontaneous and relaxed. I love the outtakes as well. Tom, you're one of my heroes for sure. Where do I send my application to hire on as part of the ATBBQ "team"???? Now THIS is a job I would look forward to going to every day! lol Once again, thanks to Chef Tom, but also to ALL the people behind the scenes, I know how much work it is to run an operation like this - logistics, planning and prep, CLEANING, video production and editing, sound, lighting, concepts for new content, I don't know how many are on the team, but ALL of you guys (and gals, I'm sure!) deserve major props for bringing such great content to this platform and enriching the lives of those of us who follow you. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
Looks great! I think just about anything could taco for chef Tom! He could make a flip flop good. He has definitely upped my game in the kitchen and on the grill/smoker.
I really like these type of videos. I like the laid back, having fun and cooking style. Looks like yall had more fun making this video too. I made some dino beef ribs last night and I believe I'm going to see if the leftovers will taco 🌮 🤤
That looked absolutely delicious. The salsa I personally would do without or with way less red chili's. I like a tiny bit of heat. I know I love all the ingredients of the salsa. That Sunnyside up egg was perfection. 😃😍👍
Oh man I cannot wait to see more “will it taco?” videos. This looks uh-mazing. I think it was the cheese skirt that did it. Thanks again for a quality video! 👊🏻
I really like the style of this beautiful video again and it brings a smile to my face. Of course, the tacos also looking mouthwatering and delicious 👍👍👍
Nice little behind the scenes on this episode. Definitely need to see the blooper reel. Also who's running the camera, who mashes the video together like a cohesive salsa?
Hey Chef Tom, Wichita made the top ten on BBQ cities. I suspect you helped that rating. Kansas City didn't make the list. I think the article must have been written by a pastry chef.
