Thank you David. I have now done a few briskets. If you don’t mind me saying, I would wrap the brisket sooner at around 165 and then foil boat. You won’t regret it. Thanks for watching and your support of my channel.

Thank you my friend. I appreciate your support. As you probably know, there are a few variables. Type of charcoal, temperature, and vent positions. In the right conditions I have run a good 8 hours without adding charcoal.
