Moved cross country from Virginia recently and this song really hits as I haven't lived out on my own before and I'm now thousands of miles away from everyone I've known and loved

Left home at 16 left Virginia at 17 was gone for five years before I moved back, been here for about 4 months an already am ready to leave again. This song literally hits home

Born and raised in VA. 27. Left a few times. I'm back maybe for good. My best friends mom who helped raised me here is gone. My best friend heartbroken and not living here. I want all I had back. But I wanna leave. I loved VA. And didn't know I did back then for many reasons. But it was the ppl that I loved too. That I no longer have with me. Love the place you are at and the people there while you're there and with them. Before it's too late. Doesn't really matter where you are with those ppl. But makes those places even more significant. I felt this song in a different way I think. But I love it.

It’s not a bad song. It could use some polishing as it’s a bit jumbled. It does sound like your average hometown indie band so nothing to write home about but there is some potential. If you’re looking for some constructive criticism then I’d say really work on trying to define your style, because there’s nothing here that really separates you from anyone except mentioning Virginia. Your vocals are pretty good but you could benefit from varying your cadence. Overall-I’ve added to some playlists
