Its good to see that BA is back to old fashioned catering service on a 2 hour flight, even if it probably was only in Business Class. All US airlines please note.
Great review. Given that you can get a return club Europe flight and 3-4 nights’ hotel accommodation for £300-£400 in the BA sale, this looks like good value.

+Laid-Back Flights Thanks! BA is now doing this on longer Euro routes. Shorter ones are however getting a shorter service than previously which isn't so good.
Well, that is interesting to hear, anyway. I think they had to improve their service, as a lot of customers complained about the cut of service in economy, I guess :D

Great video! Over time I’ve learnt that the European “business class” is rubbish and a complete waste of money. I rather fly first class on a good flight but the euro business class is rubbish for me. Keep it up Paul!
wow great video - please when did you had the BA flight in C? I had 2 BA C LHR-CPH-LHR Oct 2016 and not even close to your service. Thanks for sharing - what kind of camcorder did you use please.
+Jorgen Plum Thanks Jorgen- this flight was at the end of March 2017, it's the new service. However CPH is actually getting a smaller meal believe it or not....it's only longer flights which have seen an improved service. My movies are all shot on iPhone and edited with iMovie. :-)
Great video, but I was expecting more of a review of the new Club Europe service. Although that was covered, it made up only a fraction of the 14 minutes.
Do you think flying business class might help my fear if flying? Would flying from London to Malaga - currently take train which is amazing but would be great to shorten journey time. Anyone got any tips. Some people have told me to take Valium but I’d rather not. I just don’t know how to get past my fear. I feel very disorientated when the plane takes off - hard to explain but it feels like my brain disconnects from my skull and then I just feel incredibly anxious. It’s such a pain as would love to fly again.
I just want to ask how is BA's economy product like after recent costs reductions? I'm flying with them in summer from Budapest via LHR to Toronto and after reading the reviews on SKYTRAX I'm starting to worry a bit.
+Martin Žingor Hi Martin. On short haul there is no free food or drink any more. I'm not sure what long haul economy is like because I've not flown BA long haul economy in over 10 years.
Paul's Trip Reports Well, I just hope that they start to serve free drinks at least on shor-haul after the feedback they have received because people don't seem to enjoy buy-on-board at all.
BA call it club Europe but its not Business class like Arab airlines very poor and over priced,BA getting left behind,just look at the mess larst week,BA problem is to many old over heads,easy jet ryanair no big offices no sick pay lean and mean. i used to have customer lived maidenhead BA crew,she was stand by crew some week no flights and when you are sick you you still get paid.GO airline did well but sold it to easy jet fast buck, money long gone BA need to start again,but have this big old ball and chain to carry, still im glad i got that off my chest,great blogs keep up good work
This a short haul flight and to have business class option for a two hour flight is excellent. I'm even having the Cub Europe option and Galleries lounge access for my one hour flight to Glasgow! Easyjet and the like may have speedy boarding, extra legroom etc but to have a business product short haul is great in my view. I also personally prefer the BA First option - a huge step up from Club - to other airlines as I feel it's more refined and classier than other airlines, but everyone has their opinion.
