You clearly haven't travelled worldwide much. There are airlines so much worse than BA!

@@beverlymcfarlane8681 "I understand that there might be airlines worse than British Airways, but it's still disappointing that BA is known more for being in the 'bad list' rather than the 'good list.' Even some of the worse airlines have better staff and communication. It's frustrating when people defend BA despite these issues. I'd prefer not to settle for less just because worse options exist.

@singhb5227 But you said 'Worst staff, Worst airline' and that patently is not true. I am not at all defending the issues that need remedying, in fact I have been waiting resolution of a complaint with them for ages, but until you have flown on some of the terrifyingly bad and unsafe carriers, you cannot day they are the worst.

If you believe other airlines are worse, it would be helpful to specify which ones and why. Defending British Airways just because it is a UK airline may overlook its shortcomings. my experience with British Airways was exceptionally poor compared to the 20 or more airlines I’ve traveled with over 40 years. The way we were treated by their staff was unlike anything I’ve encountered before. British Airways not only spoiled our holidays but we are also still waiting for a response to our complaint.it’s important to address and criticize the specific issues with British Airways to hold them accountable and drive improvements in their service.
