British Cruiser "Goliath" Revisited - World of Warships Blitz 

Goliath main here (don't ask why, I'm crazy) From what i experienced from a f2p point of view, the heal does nothing, and as you said it's about 1.1k hp more per heal, which is nothing when you're ship is huge and has no armor They buffed the reload but it still should be 11 or 12 sec, 13.5 is still slow like a crawlarado It still has no range, Henry 4 which is a large cruiser with the same levels of protection as Goliath, gets more range, a maxed Goliath as the same range as a stock Henry 4 Goliath has less range than mino ffs It still doesn't have secondaries for these "oh shit why is there a dd behind me?!" kinds of moments, and don't say just use the torps, they can't kill a dd even when you land all 4 So yeah, basically it's just a cosmetic change, nothing has happened to fix the real issues, and it still doesn't have a legendary mod on top of all that Thank wargaming, keep making outrageously expensive crates and premiums, that's the only thing you do well

My highest game ever in Moskva was HE only, 155-165k damage. No AP at all, no bot farming. 16ish fires, mostly perma fires.

Please do a revisit on the duca degli abruzzi. Play it as a sniper

I think if you play Goliath right it’s a good ship especially since the recent update.

Goliath……… no no no no no just F***ing no, firstly, the grind to this ship is so cancerous I swear, just playing the Hawkins, I RAGED SO HARD, IT WAS SOOO BAD AND STILL IS, and this was after I got the London, a great ship. And I thought the British heavy’s were going to be at least good as London, I was set. But nope, Hawkins just sucks so much, I never play it. And a horrible grind, with horrible ships. For a horrible tier 10. I’m sorry but no I will never grind for this ship.
