British Diesel Multiple Units in Preservation 

I love them all, especially iris. We have a few of these trains at our local preserved railway,(dean forest railway,and im happy to see this has been included)One of them actually appeared in the TV series casualty. I'm not sure of the models that are there.Great stuff xx

Thank you for the documentary. Class 121 W55023 is being restored at Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway. ‘Green Bubble Disruption by Coronavirus’ And when this is all over... We'll all meet in the Green Bubble! Then wonder what happened to our summer, Sit, drink coffee and have a grumble! And when this is all over... We'll tackle the hardboard ceiling, Deal with each wooden window corner, Eat cakes and perhaps find time for painting! And when this is all over... We’ll hang luggage racks, replace the floor, Bolt seat frames, add each upholstery cover, Repaint the exterior and check each door. And when this is all over... We’ll smile and admire what we have done, Sit, drink coffee, eat cakes and remember That this restoration turned out to be fun! And when this is all over... We'll toot the whistle and sound the horn, And welcome back each special passenger. OUR WONDERFUL RAILWAY will be reborn! 11th April, 2020

My special needs son really likes trains 🚆🛤🚋🚞🚝🚊🚉🚈🚇🚅🚄🚃🚂 especially diesel railcars like all of those he thinks that here in North America 🌎🇺🇸🇨🇦 they are highly underrated rail transportation vehicles and all should be preserved, restored, and put back into service carrying both passengers and mail on lines that are not used anymore or at least don't get passenger service. He also thinks that Progress Rail, Siemens, or any other company that builds railroad equipment should build exact copies of historic diesel railcars and the departments of transportation should rebuild railroad lines that were abandoned and removed and run these on them.
