Thanks, this is very helpful. It clearly remarks differences between both accents, also reminds us about the linguistic differences we can find out. I am teaching to a Spanish speaker that currently lives in Australia, and they also have their own accent and dialect. Even though, it is more similar to the British one.

I like British English but it doesn’t matter British or American just the most important thing Learning English and speak like the native speaker.

the other day I heard it on video here on RU-vid and the guy was Australian...Like speaking Russian to me🤣🤣🤣

Thanks. A good point concerning being consistent, but what about mixing American and English a little, for instance during a conversation or in a sentence? Is it acceptable?

Sure thing. At the end of the day, as long as you're communicating effectively, able to understand others and understood, that's what matters the most. My point in the video is to deliberately try to be as consistent as possible with the variation of English you choose.

If I understand people speak English I feel relax and kind of release something difficult of my mind, conversely if it comes to something I don't understand, it feels really frustating
