Yes Mike McDaniel (dolphins HC) is 40 years old & one of the youngest head coaches in the league & he came from 49ers he was the offensive coordinator under Kyle Shanahan, 43 years old is also one of the youngest HC's but the youngest is Sean Mcvay HC of rams 37 years old.
The Dolphins coach is Mike McDaniel. He’s 40 and is one of the youngest HC’s in the league. He was hired from the 49ers but he worked his way through the NFL. He’s also a Yale graduate.
Go Fins! But we finally get an incredible offense last year and we lose our QB. Now we should have Tua and some backups not made of papier mache, and Tyreek gets in trouble. ~sigh
Most people who see Mike McDaniel on the sideline think he's the equipment boy at first. He comes from that Shanahan coaching tree, he worked for Kyle Shanahan who's dad Mike was also a long time head coach in the NFL. McDaniel is insanely clever with his playbook, he just happens to look like a kid playing Madden in his dad's basement.
That long play call by Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence was either 2 plays depending on the situation. In the NFL they can call 2 plays in the huddle and completely change it all at the line. This is one of the many reasons the QB position is the most important one the field. He was calling out the pass protection (offensive linemen) Formation,Wide Receiver pass routes, running backs. Then the name of the play.Once you understand the the first call is the formation,it's not as complicated as it sounds. Now in High School is much, much shorter. For Example: "Eagle130, Liz Slide,X Slot Post,Wham Stick" This is from my high school days in 2007.Eagle= spread with 3 wide receivers. LIz=Left.1=he's the only player too the left.X=wide receiver who runs a post pattern from the slot position. Wham=running back to block, any free player coming free up the middle,or outide.Play Calling 101 made simple Office Bloke Daz 🏉😊👍
Great reaction, lads. I played Semi-pro football back in the day, and we didn’t stop talking on the field. You boys would be shocked at the amount of crap we would say to each other. A majority of it wouldn't be allowed on TV.
Man, I wasn't expecting to see an LT jersey in the back. As a native New Yorker and lifetime Giants fan, you guys earned major points with me. Also, when I played people were talking ALL the time - you knew the characters on your team and nothing the guys said here would be out of the ordinary
Lawrence is my favorite also. I miss him at Clemson. I live about 10 mins from Clemson. Not a Clemson fan, just a Lawrence fan. The guy was fun as hell to watch him play.
to the question about if they're more vocal when they're mic'd up, some are. but some players ask not to know if they're mic'd up. i think the mic is in the shoulder pads so it'd be easy to mic them without them knowing.
Trust me, NFL went through hours of film to make sure they found the stuff that they can actually show, but I will pay money to see what the players actually say, during the game uncensored
The Miami QB got injured two times in one season with the same head injury. The first one was so bad because the staff of the Dolphins played it off to the point where the NFL had to step in and change and put in more medical rules.
I live 10 minutes from the Jacksonville Jaguars stadium. Shad Khan is the owner yes. Trevor Lawrence is the man he took us to the playoffs last year and won a playoff game. ✅✅💪💪👊👊👍👍🇺🇸
Trevor is great. It kills me as a Tennessee fan to think what could have been. Trevor and two of his top receivers in college were all recruited by Tennessee, they both were from Knoxville Tennessee or close to it and Trevor lived here for years and almost committed too. Would’ve been crazy.
Yall have to go see Jags play in London if Lawrence is a favorite.. They play every year. Im not a jags fan but i am a Trevor Lawrence fan. Aidan would love it. I do think tickets sell fast tho. Also PS there are games at the Spurs stadium because that stadium wasn't just built for soccer but also built for american football. Theres like 2x of everything in there for each sport. Its the only stadium outside of the US that was specifically built for american football as well as its counterpart in soccer.
At least players like tyreek got a ring when he was with the chiefs. I don’t see the dolphins making it to the Super Bowl without a quarterback who’s so injury prone. Same like 9ers, great team without a solid leader
#28 Josh Jacobs in Silver&Black is this past season's leading rusher and has been an every down back since he stepped in the league. He's holding out from signing his franchise tag and, like all premier backs in the league, is looking to be paid for being the work horse that he is and is tired of RBs getting screwed during their contract year. You two should react to Josh Jacobs. He's as physical as he is shifty.
Y’all need to check out some videos on Steve Smith, played majority of his career with Carolina panthers. In my opinion he’s one of the best trash talkers to come along definitely in my lifetime. Also check out OBJ vs Josh Norman, they went back and forth a good bit in a game in ‘15 that’s hilarious
Yeah man Tua had some insane injuries last year. His career is in jeopardy. He had seizures on the field due to a concussion. He chooses to continue playing tho. OBDaz Ravens/Titans rocking the Ray Lewis Jersey. Make it so 😈💯👑
During the season you guys should buy nfl redone so you can keep up all the teams. It shows each game every time a team is in the rezone or whenever there are important possessions. It also shows everyone touchdown and turnover. It's convenient because a lot of games are played at the same time, and it's easy to watch because it flips through every game.
Tua Tagovailoa is from Hawaii he went to St. Louis high school I went to kamehameha we played them twice a year🎉 he was actually a back up for a while, Also his dad would always beat the black out of him When he would make a bad game I’ve heard from tons of people
If you are a Lawrence fan you need to check out three of the best Jags games this year. Ravens at Jags, Cowboys at Jags, and Chargers at Jags in the playoffs.
Daz, I think your thinking about Celtic’s NBA assistant coach who had to setup to coach because of the suspension of their coach. He is the youngest NBA coach to ever coach the game.
The ravens are gonna smash the jags in london , we took that loss last season really hard so hopefully this time it won't be like the last time the ravens were in london lol
@7:30 the coach I think you are thinking of was Jeff Saturday for the colts. He was a former player for them and after he retired the only coaching experience he had was in highschool. After they fired their coach mid season last year they brought him in as the interim coach for the rest of the season. Needless to say everyone was confused till you remembered the colts owner is lunatic coke head.
