I'm so proud of you... you're now officially pinoy.... btw 21days balut would have a lot of crunch, feathers have already developed and beak and legs have already hardened a little.... 16days is still soft... i like the 16 but never the 21 after watching a firstimer eat his balut and backfired... he felt something hard and took it out from his mouth while still chewing and looked at the hard thingy and found out it was a foot..

Well done you! 👏 I think a lot of people are just horrified by the thought of them eating a “duck” egg. But it is not just purely duck, but rather a combination of an egg yolk, egg white, and the duck embryo and that is why it literally just tastes like egg which a lot of people dont realize and make them back off without trying. We all eat egg and fully grown duck/chicken, so why dont we try something in between, duck egg (balut). 😉 And besides, it’s cooked! 👌🏼 congrats! You are definitely a travel vlogger!
