14:42 Frenchman here. You know, yes, talking about our love for food and wine is a bit stereotypical but it's the sort of cliché we're mostly okay about. And, if we're honest, since we genuinely talk all the time about eating, it doesn't really feel like a caricature. We tend to be this obsessed with the subject indeed.
@Timmycoo
@Timmycoo 27 дней назад
I do love talking about food and eating all the time though. One of my fav things that my wife started me doing is talking about "what are we gonna eat next?" RIGHT after we just had a meal lol.
@rodentoftheastrowaste1414
@rodentoftheastrowaste1414 26 дней назад
@@Timmycoo Oh, yes. Basically, you can cut the journey between the times we're considering what we're gonna eat, the times we're commenting on what we're eating and the times we reminisce about the previous meal. Not much time outside of that.

One tip for eating high quality dark chocolate with high percent of cocoa is to take piece of chocolate and stick on the roof of the mouth and wait to start to melt then sip litle rum (some good quality too). You really could have put those cans in some hot water before opening / trying those.. Also; get a Polish ration; I wanna see you break your teeth on the panzer waffles 😉😁 (they're unlevened to be shelf stable but that makes them really hard - the rest of the stuff in the MRE you might like actually)

Brilliant to see you two ! But... Not able to use the heating thing does not mean having to eat everything cold. I mean, come on, ashens has a kitchen doesn't he? 😂 Those round little things in the soup are not onions but vermicelli. I recognise those tins. I don't know I'd they still exist here but there was a brand that looked like that, and it was all 1 person meals. Very okay to eat.

At least it's better than what the French were feeding their Olympic athletes. Chevre is goat cheese. Only thing missing is the pack of Gauloises and a juice box of vin.

Neither of them would be a patch on Steve smoking a 70 year old cigarette from an mre.

The Boer War emergency ration, which at least Steve didn't taste, because the contents had decayed to soil.
