@@nadinehoogenboezem4798 As well he should be. Powered cheese is one of the worst things to ever come out of modern food processing. Why in earth would someone ever ruin perfectly good cheese?
I hope that these guys are still gonna be a part of future videos on this channel. They’re very open and respectful about their opinions, they’re super passionate when they’re introduced to food. Maybe after these guys graduate, they can move up to the “British College Students React to…” level of videos 😆👏🏻
Armand and some year 13's graduated while ago. UK doesn't have a set graduation date or anything, they basically leave when they're ready. This video was just taken a long time ago.
They were not very open and respectful, when they tried American snacks, before taking even one bite, they said EWW . I know I will not like it, and some of the snack were actually Mexican though.
It’s so funny how polite the students are eating stuff! This is everything and makes people happy to watch. Love the personalities of these students, they are so kind. You two are so personality plus and fun to watch! Thank you for making videos! 😊
I looove Armand and his strong cheese opinions, Max never fails to amuse, Orlando who almost snorted the cheese powder, Shea who's trying to unlock his Korean, and Tobi most of all, his reaction to the volcano 😂😂😂
@@eee9063 I loooved how his french accent showed out of nowhere, till this moment I didn't know he was french but I heard the cheese opinions and instantly realized
I was raised on Southern fried chicken in the US. I'd love to try these Korean varieties. Looks so good! I think almost every culture in the world has some sort of fried chicken from Asia to Africa to America to Europe.
Korean fried chicken is amazing! You can find it in a few parts in California. If you go to a city with many Asians, you should be able to find it. I like Korean fried chicken because somehow even though they dip the chicken in sauce, it's not soggy at all like other fried chicken places. It's still super crispy, and I have no idea how.
Jeff it is SO GOOD! I live in the south and ordered it here in our Korean corner store and it is BEYONNNND. Both southern and korean fried chicken have my heart.
I love these students. FYI….according to American Foodologist Alton Brown, fried chicken was introduced to Korea by African American GIs who taught them how to make southern fried chicken. The Koreans have taken it to the next level which is a compliment.
@@based-ys9umdefinitely bro, I respect the twist k-town has given friend chicken. The stuff is downright otherwordly. Way different from traditional fried chicken but just as delicious man.
I'm pretty sure Armand has French parents or comes from France because he has the accent and the way he pronounced Comté was wayyyy too clean😌 Also Armand is a very French name!
@@bobbymaldini7653 Yes, as a French person myself, I can say that he is very far from the French "student attitude" but is actually very polite and well-mannered.
These boys need a trip to Korea, they would have the best time trying every thing and exploring everywhere. I love watching these videos with them, so fun, they all have such great personalities.
I totally agree and think it would be great if they went somewhere other than Seoul when they did. IJeju would be especially great -- so many great regional dishes that haven't been tried yet on this channel, many UNESCO world and natural heritage sites to explore, and the best samgyeopsal in Korea :)
Its funny that there are alot of comments thinking Year 13 means these boys are 13 years old. Year 13 in the UK is equivalent to Grade 12 in the US. These boys are in their last year of high school in this video and are 18-19 years old. Most of them are about to enter university this school year according to their soc med accts.
Just to explain for people overseas. Years 1 to 6 is when you are in primary school. Year 1 is for 5/6 year olds and Year 6 is for 10 or 11 year olds. Then you go to high school for Years 7 to 11. Year 7 being 11/12 year olds and Year 11 for 15/16 year olds. Years 12 and 13 are not compulsory and are for post high school qualifications. By the end or Year 13 you will be 17 or 18 years old.
Aw. 02:45 Bobby saying, “Can I have another one if possible please?” Such a polite, well-brought up young man, yet still great fun and relaxed, no airs & graces. All these lads are great. I’d be proud to have Bobby as a son :)
Is it just me, or have these young lads grown and matured since they first appeared in a Korean Englishman video? Props on the great Korean vocabulary and pronunciation!
Repent to Jesus Christ “The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” John 1:29 NIV
i don't get Brits. they had India for 200 years. but its like they only knows one spice - cinnamon. and its kinda like one of the least impassive spice from Asia. and why is every food so dry? is that why Brits love tea? cuz they have to drink it to swallow?
The way Armand and Max taught Henry how to ends the video is so cute! Also when Armand be like, and then you close it with "Annyeong" with double peace signs! BAM! 😎✨ And made Josh "guys, that's my signature!" but he laughed and let them do it anyway that's so endearing. He's like a sugar uncle feeding his nephews nice food (literally) 😂
Looking at their older clips, they really grew up a lot especially Max. But on another note i would like Keaton's review of the korean fried chicken 😂❤️
I’ve only discovered y’all a few days ago, and I’m already ADDICTED!! Your videos make me SO HAPPY! Especially with these boys….their reactions are so wonderful and polite and funny!!
I LOVE how Armand always finds a way to say “take us to korea” LOL. Take those guys to korea please. I want to see the youngests one reaction as well. I'm missing malachi, keaton, ralph, jack's reaction (specially jack with the volcano one)
Oh my God!! I have not laughed this hard in ages. It’s such a joy to watch you young man enjoy your food. You’re an absolute riot to watch. Keep on eating!
Love how Armand is so willing to try new things. He was willing to give the radish a 2nd chance even though he doesn't like it. Also Max! Omg that boy sure had a growth spurt. Side note, I'm sure Armand can be good friends with Ollie's dad lol.
Coming back to watch them as highschoolers asfter watching them as Uni students, they really have grown! And they are just soooo polite!! Politely asking for anothers one or drinks, and so open-minded and enthusiastic to try new things. This just shows they got some good education!
I love how in this Episode the roles of Max and Armand kinda switched. I always found Max to be quite loud and energetic, while Armand seemed to be calm and well-articulated. But I guess I was wrong. Could be the fault of that powdered cheese that triggered Armand 😂 Also I just love Alex and Orlando together. They are literally the funniest people to me haha. Wishing all the boys all the best for their upcoming A-levels and I really hope that you guys take them to Korea eventually :)
Can we please get a "Harvey and Ray" special episode!?!? Those kids are awesome, and I think it would be amazing to give them their own episode. Thanks and God Bless
its so cool im rewatching the episodes and hearing max say we going to korea after watching the korea trip with them, its soooo cuuteee, and then the cambridge uni video. theyve become so big gosshhh.
Not used to Max being this 'composed' as Armand said 😂 but it's okay, he's still amusing and I bet the 2 likes this video 'should' get for them to go to Korea would be coming from him and Armand 🤣
I enjoy their honest reviews and reactions. Please try to get them to go on a field trip to Korea! They are eager for knowledge and foreign experiences.
"Can I have another one if possible, please?" Bobby's so polite! They all are actually. Now that's how you send kids out into the world 👏 Also, Harry from the other videos got an offer from Oxford, Armand got an offer from Cambridge, and Walid who appeared on the Korean Street Toast video got an offer to study Medicine from Leeds. I mean with the way these boys are being groomed in that school, it's to no surprise that they all are at the top of their game- a very exciting and promising point in their lives. Kudos to Fulham Boys School for enhancing well-mannered, intelligent, and insightful boys. For a school that's only a few years old to be producing well-rounded young men is very impressive. That is some top-tier education they got at Fulham Boys School. Bravo, you guys are doing it right!
@@Moss_piglets Point duly noted. But the emphasis on politeness and manners in the British educational system is undeniable. I am aware that not all Brits are polite and not all Americans are impolite as with all things in life but I'm only stating the obvious which has to be general for it to be obvious in this case. To generalise doesn't mean that something is reflective of every single dot on the graph, or in this instance, not every single American out there. I guess I've not met many young Americans who posses that level of courtesy but that doesn't mean I've not met polite ones either!
@@freespirit2000 'we, the more civilized nations'. I was nearly agreeing with you on there till that line. You just love snobbery don't you. Your 'civilised' countries are the ones who destroyed country after country colonizing and plundering but surely some fake niceties is what makes a man.
I sat and translated some of the Korean comments and it's cool how excited they are to see their food being tried by foreigners. I love Korean food myself and I'm an American guy of Mexican and Italian descent. I still have a lot more to try but what I have tried has been fantastic stuff.
I'm in a similar boat - I haven't had the opportunity to try a *lot* of Korean food, but what I *have* tried has been fantastic. When I was a kid, everyone talked about kimchi like it was gross, and I was always scared to try it. I was deprived! It's soooo good! And I got to try homemade Kimbab not long ago at the local Asian Grocery (it's run by a Korean family and they serve Kimbab on Saturdays) and it was so amazingly good.
@@ari-yl2yn It really seems to vary from recipe to recipe, but the best one I had was slightly spicy (to me - I'm from Louisiana and we do like things spicy) and had this really good savory flavor. It's hard to describe.
Harvey and Ray's dynamics still *chef's kiss* and I'm still envious of Ray's curls! Orlando's funny. And Max! Why does it feel like Max is so grown up now? What happened?
It's been a long time. I thought Armand and friends never show up again, because they're in the last year senior high school...but suddenly Korean Englishman upload a new videos, British High Schoolers try Korean Chicken for the First Time! THIS IS MADE MY DAY THANK YOUUU!!!
Can’t wait to see Josh and Ollie bring Armand, Max, Harvey, Ray, and other boys to South Korea and taste some of Josh’s favorite restaurants!!! Please bring them over as soon as they finished A-level exams and once UK and South Korea’s pandemic is calmed down and the pandemic control measures are loosened up.
I love watching your videos!!!! I can't stop watching them. I know you put the boys ages but, like this video, theses young men seem way older than 13. Either way, what a joy to watch this. ❤️
They deserve a trip to Korea ☺️🤗 I think that would be an amazing thing for them to experience after being on the channel and trying all the amazing food 🥘
@@talithamulya There are so many countries that don't need visa to go to Korea. Nationals of Australia, the UK, the USA and EU countries can stay in Korea for up to 90 days. Canada citizens can even stay for up to six months. Other Asian countries with strong passports like Japan, Singapore, Hongkong, Malaysia, and many more are also visa-free
Imagine if the Korean trip actually comes to fruition and they have a cultural exchange with Korean students / kpop idols their age I'd binge watch this fr!! P.S: my parents absolutely love watching your videos!!! Seeing the boys eating well make them so happy they literally keep up with every upload djfbndnz
yes, they should have a cultural exchange with korean students about their age, to talk about studies, foods, and lot more things, that would be really fun, i pray for them to go to korea soon!!
Clicked like instantly because we really needs the boys especially armand, max, harvey and ray to Korea! I love the fact that harvey and ray were the only one who still holding on their chicken while saying the closing ment and orlando who almost snorted the cheese xD
Hear me out, sadly we all know that this is Armand’s last year in high school, just like the other boys as well, and we’ll all be extremely gutted by that. Let’s start all commenting on the new and the old “Korean Englishman”’s videos to keep the series going despite them not being at school anymore. And to take them to Korea, the video must be al least 2 hours🌝. So, who wants to join me?? If they the boys are comfortable of course
The boys/young men in these videos genuinely impress me with their manners and positive mindset. Their parents should be proud of how well they turned out. They are open minded and willing to try new things. Very entertaining as always. Love watching them. I do have to say I miss Jack, Keaton and Malachi. Was looking forward to seeing those boys try fried chicken.
Been waiting to see them try korean chicken. Honestly surprised to see how they've grown in the span of almost a year. It's always pleasing to watch this series
I feel like through the series Armand developed into being someone who really is interested in korean culture & language!! (Always asks what it was called again and remembers) It’s so cute how he tried another radish, eventhough he didn’t like it the first time, because Josh said he’s a fan 🤣
They ALL need to go to Korea on a trip with you guys! This is such a wholesome series & these boys have all such good manners + and a hilarious sense of humor (which I think is so British). ♡
Harvey and Ray are literal sunshine! So happy and surprise that this is their first fried chicken experience with korean englishman. Super happy that they have the boys back! Hope to see more content from the Fulham boys too and hopefully Armand wish comes true? *winks*
i keep coming back to this particular series and rewatching. over and over again. love ALL these guys, this school, the principal, pretty much everything about it. watching them somehow brings me hope for humanity and men in general lol.
PLEASE I hope u guys film more videos with year13 boys before they graduate 😭😭 Ofc it would be awesome if they come out after graduation too,,
6:16 Harvey knows what exactly pickled radish does!!! It makes palate clean and also makes people want to eat chicken more because it washes down the greasiness of "fried" chicken. (Of course, Korean Chiken is the least greasy chicken in the world!.)
As a Korean, it makes me so happy to see young people enjoy our foods to this extent. I love when you guys share the Korean chicken because it's not only a Korean dish. It's a mixed blend of multiple cultures from America infused with Korean. Love it !! This completely made my day !
sadly, most British secondary schoolers aren’t this kind (where I’m from) but this is somewhat of a glimmer of hope for me, haha. i include food from different cultures in my diet as well
These guys seem like such great people to know .British students seem like quite wholesome people with clean humour and decency and well rounded personalities
