For the photo I took selfie with white wallpaper background. Which was 4 megabytes. Then. I took a screenshot of it, to reduce it too 400kb. Then I cropped it. My face looks squashed but it's been accepted 👍 it doesn't need to be exact dimensions of passport photo, but try to make is similar by cropping, you get rough idea as you play About with it

@@Rezw.nn14 I did not make a new account, I used the same account went back logged in again after first application. It showed me the first application, I then pressed the button to apply for new visa waiver. The occupation list is no longer like the video, they must have updated it since this video. It is now free text field you can write what you want. I chose to tick the box of not employed for the children which meant that I did not have to put occupation down. Also for the children they will ask you application number for the dependent adult (you) this number is on the bottom of your visa waiver it says application number. You have to provide this for your children so they can link it. I hope this helps.

Wasalam brother Don't worry about this. You can retrieve your visa using the following link: visa.mofa.gov.sa/visaservices/searchvisa If its all in arabic, just click on the 'E' icon on the top. Also, log back in to your application portal and write down your evisa number as it may ask for this when you try retrieve your evisa.

But when I was booking through Nusuk app it says I’ll need Meningitis vaccination but some people said I don’t need the vaccine with tourist e visa. Could you please confirm if we need the vaccine with tourist e visa to perform umrah ?
Salaam, when I try to apply via the electronic application, it does not give me an option to select Umrah as the purpose of the visit, only tourism. Is tourism ok to select? alternatively when I select add a new application, it allows me to select Umrah as a reason for visit but only costs $10.50 which is less than what is show in the video and also doesn't require a scan of our passports. Is this the wrong way to do the application ?
@@Rabinamunir Wasalam - umrah falls under tourism. It’s how 1000s have done their applications and have been for umrah. Also, don’t do the application that way. That is not the correct way when it costs $10.50
Thank you so much for this useful post. Can a British Citizen travel to Saudia Arabia to perform Umrah from a different country (for example from either India, Pakistan or Bangladesh with their Non-British family member) after getting the E-Visa ?
No worries glad it was useful :) Yes that is fine as long as you are a British citizen and have a British passport. The non-british family member will of course have their own visa arrangements.

Wasalam The only workaround right now and what most people have been doing is putting their own job title. Have had many many people doing this and it’s not an issue and what’s more, the job title is not printed on the evisa anyways.

Wasalam So no this does not include medical insurance. However you can purchase this yourself which I’ll provide a link for which has been recommended by a reputable UK-based travel agent. I will mention though that you can get away with not getting medical insurance, but if you do need the medical services there, then there will be costs. Ambulance services are usually free. Unfortunately it doesn’t let you go back. It’s one of the biggest gripes I have with the form. I had to restart if I made a mistake when doing peoples forms
Wasalam The process is exactly the same but when for him, it will ask for a dependants passport number and application number which will be your passport number and your application number which should be at the bottom of your evisa waiver once you have applied for it and it has been processed and sent to you. Hope that makes sense. For job title, as nothing comes up such as baby, kid, child, student, unemployed etc, the workaround right now is to just put your job title for your son.
My question is when I fill up form they ask date of arrival I enter 23/04/2024 if I want to 28/04/2024 there is no issue kindly update me. Someone told me if you not enter on 23/04/2024 you visa will be expired
You will be fine. Technically, when you get your evisa, you have 90 days to use it from the day it got processed. So for example if you got it today, you can enter Saudi tomorrow or you can enter on 23rd April or you can enter 28 April. It does not expire if you go after the arrival date you put on your evisa.
Wasalam so yes you can definitely get Uber to hotel from both Jeddah airport to Makkah and from Madinah airport to Masjid Nabawi and also from both cities too. If you land in Jeddah though, I highly recommend taking the high speed train. It goes non-stop and seven times a day from Jeddah airport terminal to Makkah and takes 47 minutes. Tickets can be bought two weeks in advance on sar.hhr.sa (if you search for later dates the search results are empty).

Sorry for the late reply. You can actually go onto the website visa.mofa.gov.sa/visaservices/searchvisa and use the Visa code you were given to retrieve a PDF copy.
Salaam, Just a quick question brother. Can you get the evisa waiver if you’re going from eg UK to Jeddah for (Umrah) and then Qatar and then going back to Jeddah (connecting flight) to go back to the UK. So a Multi trip. Which includes multiple flights but just one trip
Wasalam - you can of course but the evisa waiver is single entry so for example, on this trip you can use it on the way to Qatar in your stop in Jeddah for Umrah, but then on way back if its just connecting flight and you are not exiting the airport in Jeddah, then its fine. However, if on way back if you leave Jeddah airport again, you will need another evisa waiver.
They don't check for insurance or the measles injection certificate. I paid £12 insurance with AXA, you are covered from the time you take out insurance if anything happens before flight to you or your family so you can't travel, or you get made redundant from work, lost luggage etc. Up to you, for piece of mind, you DON'T need it if you don't want it

Someone used the ambulance when they got there for free, but when the Saudi ambulance checked their visa number for the evisa waiver, they saw that medical insurance was not included. My husbands visa was filled in the same way as everyone elses . Payment went through, but it's saying 'send to embassy'... we tried calling the embassy in london several times and even emailed them. They haven’t got back to us , so we're not sure what to do. We fly in less than a month from this date. Any advice will be greatly appreciated thank you جزاك الله خيرًا

In the end, my husband got his visa at the airport upon arrival to Jeddah. It cost arounsd £100 but was valid for a whole year. He got his refund back from the other attempts of the e-visa. I think he must have emailed them or something for the refund. Hopefully inshaaAllah you get your refund and if it's not working, I'd stop trying and just get it upon arrival. InshaaAllah all goes well
Salaam. Jazak Allah hayir for this video. I have just successfully completed the visa form. It arrived as soon as I made payment. To all those who are struggling with the form, fill the form on desktop rather than mobile phone. I just took a pix using my phone, I didn't reduce the size. I was struggling with the upload yesterday but Alhamdulillah it uploaded straight away today. So if you are struggling with the form, keep on trying, don't give up. You will get there eventually. I think if you take a bit longer to fill in the form you will have to refresh it and enter all details again, otherwise it won't work.

@droidhacking Salaam I didn't do children's visas. However on tripadvisor someone said put down any occupation for children as this won't be shown on visa certificate.

Ameen no worries at all :) *Vaccinations* 5. As for vaccinations, no covid vaccinations are required Alhamdulillāh which is on the GOV website. I’ve heard from quite a few people that they have been reading that meningitis is necessary but I can confirm that this isn’t necessary. We’ve never been asked and have even been informed by others that it’s not necessary. It’s totally one’s choice though. *Medical Insurance* Medical insurance is not included with this evisa waiver. You can get away with not having medical insurance, but if you do need the medical services there, then there will be costs. Ambulance services are usually free. I believe so - but to be on the safe side, book your hotel and then apply for the e-visa. It comes through almost instantly so you shouldn’t have any issues. (Brother Juber may be able to advise better).

Wasalam - many of us have been putting job of either parents as there is no other option. If asked, explain the issue. As long as passport details are correct, that is main thing.
