Ohhh potatoes are carbs! I was doing keto for a while and soooooo missed mash and gravy!

Me and my partner has just seen a diettrician and the clue is to not eat big meals and instead do many small ones. So smaller dinners, boys and many small meals during the day. She said nothing is off limits, you just have to eat little of it. We are gonna try, but it is hard!

Perhaps I've missed some episodes but I haven't heard how the Avocado Real Estate business venture is going. Anyone know? I know they've been busy cruising but it would interesting to see videos of the homes they're selling.

A manly bag of man stuff. lol. Too funny. I can’t believe you left me hanging! How was the carb free, calorie free pasta taste. I’m thinking not good…I tried a version of that here in the US. It was made of some weird mushroom. The smell was horrendous.

some of the skinny stuff isn't very nice..but B & ms & home bargains do sell odd items.. The coffee creamer is good & the sweet syrups the pasta is mainly just a carrier for sauces etc .. Be sure to rinse it throughly first as its not so good .. Interesting to see what you both think boys...
