Ok even though it’s a simple bench warrant. The issue was “driving on the wrong side passing other cars” so he’s driving recklesss/dangerous and without the licenses and without the physical plates and the traffic thing. If it was 1 thing they woulda let him go but it’s several factors.

Around here, you can post the bond while he’s being processed. You’ll pay two bonds though. The existing one and the one he’s getting for this new one. Cops get peeved when you’re released before they complete their paperwork 😂

Yes you can pay a Bench warrant and not get arrested but you have to do it before running in with the cops, Once you run into the cops and its not paid, they taking you in either way. At least that's how WA state was.
