You can feel his pain towards the middle of the video. These officers are just having a normal day at work, laughing and joking around but hearing 3-4 people may have been killed and knowing they're talking about your loved ones must hurt.

The police shot von Tim ain't shoot him that's a convicted felon. if he shot anybody they was already dropping that, and picking up him being a felon with a firearm firing in city limits intent possession and so on. he wasn't just getting off with everything over self defense being somewhere he wasn't suppose to be that's conspiracy bro.
