Omg! I was fighting back tears when I received this 10 mins before I was setting off on a long drive North on the A1, blurry lines on the road... Massive thanks and huge loves to James Cargill and the team that got these 3 new releases out . We're all very grateful ❤️❤️ xx
Suddenly found this in a local record shop and I couldn't believe my eyes! instantly bought it ofc.... xD RIP Trish, thank you for helping me get trough middle school with your music
its like a "best of" album except your getting "uncut" versions of all the favs. The clarity of her voice in these really makes me feel like I'm with them on the set, and makes this album feel like a tribute.
I loved Broadcast very much back in the time that they continually released brilliant music. However, now that the band is finished and there is preemo dope like this, I am overwhelmed ❤
@@brianwarner308 Hello Brian, do we know each other or what makes you call me "buddy" ? And, by the way, you felt something is wrong with my posting from 2 years ago ?
For me these versions are Trish having enjoyment artistically capitalizing on the (instrumental) music more than the music capitalizing on her voice symbiotically as it generally does on other more refined album versions. The result is vocal candy and whimsical beauty on top of arcane etherical gogo themes that are incapable but thankfully don't need to encapsulate her charms.
Colour Me In / Lyrics I am grey, still on the page Oh colour me in Just an outline, sketchy but fine Oh colour me in If green is chasing the hills over miles If blue is pursuing the sky See if the red of your heart doesn't mind Where you begin to colour me in Something new and nothing to do Then I'm just the idea I must be real, 'cause somehow I feel That I'm just the idea Let's share the blue of the towering sky The green of the hills that roll by See if the red of your heart can decide If you cannot choose which colour to use I'll always wait, it's never too late To colour me in To colour me in Today or next year, I'll always be here If you want to colour me in
