I just tried this. Oh my God. Very very tasty. I ate these with tomato ketchup . Very very easy, healthy and most yummy.. I added besan instead of cheese and added chilli powder ,ginger garlic paste too.. thank you so much mam for this wonderful recipe.
Mannnnn! I can’t take this. It’s information overload. I just learned about doing this for zucchini. Now you tell me I can do it with broccoli too .I am not worthy but I’m in the kitchen. 😜
I was searching for broccoli recipe as I am in diet and I came across this recipe.. trust me its unexpectedly delicious😋😋 P.s- I used processed cheese gratings for about 2 tea spoon & fried it in very less oil.
I would use avocado oil or coconut oil to fry these as these oils are more resistant to heat. I would also take it easy on the oatmeal; I think I’ll use almond flour or coconut flour instead for low carb purposes 😊
Yes! Cooked rice! Or bread crumbs (toast a slice of bread and put it in a bag zip log bag and smash it, or put it in a blender or food processor) or just buy some. Or crushed some up crackers. Or pretzels (dont add salt if you do)
Another suggestion that instead of using fusion as a whole category of overwhelming proportions that maybe you take a small item like Sriracha ketchup or a twist on salsa with fruit or something and use that as the fusion twist and contrast instead? You might be able to mix one recipe like that something like this which is a fritter maybe a coleslaw or like a tabouli salad or a layered salad, things like that. And maybe a twist on the recipe that has a fusion element.
Also a good visual is getting some steam if it's coming up on the camera visual. Instead of always going close to the screen. It indicates that there's a sensate present.
The creator's presentation skills are commendable - clear, concise, and engaging. The close-up shots of the cooking process made it easy for me to replicate the dish at home. Plus, the tips and tricks shared throughout the video were incredibly helpful. It's like having a personal chef guiding you through the entire cooking experience. The versatility of this broccoli also caught my attention. It's a perfect accompaniment to steamed rice, naan, or even as a standalone dish. It's a treat for both the taste buds and the eyes.
