Awesome hiking and beauty hunting, nice work guys. Thats a great looking Muley...he sure has some kule character to him, congrats. That kinda cold can just about make anyone tap out! In Finland we have so much mooses that they are considered a safety risk, cause they cause alot of deaths when you collide them with your car. And this is a real problem, over 100 people die per year via these accidents. So government encourages hunters to kill these mooses alot, so you can atleast somehow control theyre numbers.

people of America don't think Natives of Canada are weak if you think this is hard and Cold. he lives in Southern Saskatchewan and Northern Saskatchewan gets even Colder -30 is normal everyday up in the North and Hunting is all we do in Winter but not for Trophy more for survival....:)

I perfectly well understand hunting to feed your family. What I don't get it killing something so magnificent just to say you have killed it. He doesn't need the meat, so I at least hope he gave it to charity. I know in some parts of Canada and Alaska, meat goes to food banks to feed folks over the winter.

its the thrill of the hunt. Being outside, in nature. Taking an animal is primal.. You think he didnt need the meat? Who are you to say such a thing? that mulie is an embarrassment to southern alberta mule deer. living about 20 minutes from that area i would never shoot a mule deer under 150 in that zone. great whitetail though.
