I can’t help but feel like this is a classic. The production sounds so damn timeless. There’s such nostalgic hip hop elements to the production while nostalgic old rock elements were used in some songs. And then ofc they have more modern production and standard pop hooks while also being experimental on nearly every track here. By my third lesson I can’t believe this isn’t a classic or something special and I’m not even a massive Brockhampton fan or anything. “What’s The Occasion” is insane. It reminded me of Blonde with how it made me felt and how when I was listening to it I couldn’t help but feel like anyone, no matter their age or background, can appreciate the musicality of it.

100% my man. I feel this way as well. I am a BH fan but not as much recently cause their last two albums were noticeable drop offs in quality to their original saturation trilogy from 2017, but this might be better than all of them. & their next album is their last that’s dropping sometime later this year, that might even be better than this who knows

I truly feel like this album is their magnum opus. Just the sheer emotional expression and sonic vision throughout. I am blown away. The singles are not bad by any means but they were practically a fake-out compared to how great the rest of the album is. I was ready to have to let it grow on me, but I never could’ve expected the masterful presentation we got here. Crazy.

And in a way it is, their last focused album together considering The Family while great was a Kevin album purely, and TM is unreleased demos. The Family was a good ending to the saga though, it bares all of what they went through as a band and as friends during their career. But as their final focused full-band farewell, I couldn't have asked for anything better than Roadrunner. It was their peak quality. Everyone brought their A game. This album has literally everything, and the group successfully ventured out into other genres which isn't easy to do. I thought everyone did an amazing job and they all proved how talented they are individually, but Joba man holy shit. When I listened to THE LIGHT the first time, my mouth was slowly dropping to the ground I had chills up and down my spine. Not only is it my favorite Brockhampton song of all time but is now one of my favorite songs of all time across everything. I'LL TAKE YOU ON and WHEN I BALL are also HUGE highlights for me, even though considering I like every track. Fucking immaculate project.

When someone’s back is truly against the wall, they are tested. Joba was put through hardship and went even harder with his work. Loved the emotions he was willing to share will us. Very healing album for me, hopefully it was for him too

New to brockhampton my mates told me not to listen to them and like a sheep I didn't , realized they were toxic and split and just listening to brockhampton now is well crazy with ginger being mellow and different from the rest of there work this album feels like a mix of ginger and iridescence and I'm here to stay with the brockhampton fans

This album is indeed a grower, or at least it was for me. I was initially put off by feature overload, but I’ve developed a taste for the way the album is and it’s some of their most refined work

After two listens I´d say it´s their best album yet and I don´t think my opinion on that is going to change. The raw and emotional aspects, as well as the unbelievable production and writing are on a completely different level from the other projects. They are amazing! Especially Joba. Great video Jon!

It feels like I’m the only one not not totally feeling the album. Like I think the songs are objectively good, there’s just a lot that I wouldn’t regularly listen to on a playlist. Maybe it will grow on me, but I almost feel like something is missing from the album.

joba has always been my least favorite member of the group, not bc he's bad, but bc i like everyone else a fair bit more. however, the emotion running through this project seemed really cathartic and it's so impressive how much he's improved artistically. shout out joba

I already liked them so much but I never was astonished by a whole body of work from them. I liked most of the tracks here and there BUT THIS this RoadRunner is something else. On the first listen I was like « what did I just hear » and on the second listen I knew that I’ve just listened to a masterpiece. There is no song that I dislike only ones that I highly favor(like bankroll) or highly regard(like the light pt.2). I’m on whatever listen I am and now I’m just looking for reviews to see how people react. *God Bless Brockhampton BH DOMINATION ON ITS WAY*

Thanks Jon. This was incredible. I had an interesting moment with this when i first listened to it. So i smoked half a joint. And went to bed and put the headphones on for a listen. And let me tell you. The song Windows sent me on a (road)trip forreal. The end sequence, there is panning of the deep voice that goes around the ears like a wheel. Amd then kevin comes in to repeat it with the panning again And i felt like the words were tyres and i was roadrunner, rolling with the brockhampton crew The colours i saw with my eyes closed listening to this album were beautiful also.
