i honestly spend too much time on this platform adhd/add is definitely real...lol. while there is no complete known cause for it, it’s known as a chronic disorder. it can be genetic, or it can be caused by problems during development. if i didn’t start taking my adhd/add medication when i did, i would’ve completely failed high school and wouldn’t have graduated. so if that doesn’t tell you that adhd/add is real, i’m not sure what will.
