Wow this sounds great. I own this truck now. Happy to say she’s still on the road driving!

I love the old 283’s. I built a steel crank 283 a few years ago and dropped it in my buddy’s ‘92 Jaguar. It was a heck of a weird swap but it’s cool!

But a force to be reckoned with is the 283 SBC V8 engine none of them including the 350 SBC wouldn’t be in production if it wasn’t for the 283 legendary small block
