That right there is my dream RC... I'd so love to see it a lot more on your channel.. I don't have one just yet but you never know maybe the rod was old and hard can't see how it would just snap.. a well a short run indeed... But definitely agree a dangerous RC for sure. That DBXL is one bad machine!!!!! On 12s that thing is crazy! I know you love the Reef's Beast servos and they sure are strong awesome servos. I recently upgraded my Primal Grave Digger steering servos to the NSDRC RS-2500v2 and omg it's one of the strongest 1/5 servo on the market. The build quality is incredible! Customer service is top notch! I'd love to see you pick one up to test against a Reef's Beast 1000 or 2000. They have 2650 oz-in it torque at 16.8 volts. They sell a bunch of standard and micro servos as well that really have killer specs. 👊👊👍👍

Good to see this thing back on the track. The solid tires don't help with absorbing the impacts for sure. Time for some vitavon upper links. You need a proper servo too. Just breaking balls

I just commented about them asking Joe to try them out. I recently put 2 NSDRC RS-2500v2 in my Primal Grave Digger. Omg it flips those wheels with ease. Crazy power and the build quality is incredible 👊👊👍👍

Did you have any fitment issues with the IRP hubs for your BRP tires? I own several of these sets on my DBXL-E fleet and I had to use a lot of shims to correct the slop in the parts.

not really sure, I try to not kill batteries on this due to the insane 500+ amp draw this thing uses. it can and will puff any battery out there if driven wrong.

Hey exo. I am thinking of purchasing this dbxle or the xrt! I primarily use my rc’s in fields where the grass can be a bit thick. Do you think the the dbxle has enough ground clearance for the thick grass or would the xrt be better suited? Also which one do you prefer in general? Thanks in advance!!

The DBX will get stuck less in tall grass. As a previous XRT owner and current dbx owner. DBX on hatchet tires is unstoppable. Traxxas is more durable when it comes to crashes and has better battery life due to weight savings.
